By the time everyone had finished eating, it still hadn't come out. It wasn't until they paid that they said they were making it and then went to the kitchen to look for food to bring out. The billing sign is wrong up and down. After the customer points out the mistake, they don't know how to make another sign, but overwrites the old plus and minus sign, no different from a roadside restaurant. Customers cannot pay by credit card because they have written over the issued bill. After counting the bill, I even forgot to give the guests change. Overall, the last night of experience in Muong Thanh Dien Lam was the worst experience in my traveling life up to this point.

My family and I came to relax at the hotel in the fall, the air was very fresh, the staff here were very enthusiastic, and the food was delicious. Our children like going to the zoo and the Amusement Park the most. We will definitely come back
