"The hotel breakfast is good, but the dinner is average, not recommended. There is no lunch, and there are no restaurants nearby. It is recommended to eat in the city and then come back.
About the shuttle bus. Go down to the 1st floor, Zone E, and wait for the shuttle bus. The timetable is attached. I didn't wait, so I took a taxi directly, which cost just over 10 euros, which is acceptable.
It is not easy to get a taxi nearby. There is 272 when you go out. You can swipe your credit card on the bus. After the 272 arrives in the city, transfer to the subway and go to many places. There are also 471 and 282 nearby. Use Google Maps to check the time. The transportation is quite convenient, but it is a bit troublesome.
You can get to large supermarkets such as Carrefour by changing buses twice, and you can also buy things and eat them at the hotel by yourself. It's great~"
"We came here for the business trips. The reception desk was helpful but the team members were maybe freshly new staff? They made a few mistakes (yes, two of them).
But in general the shared space is very good, there is space for working close to the reception desk, as well as fitness room! Perfect equipment! Meanwhile there is a pool zone, lovely place!
Breakfast service is genuinely good! Great location which is very close to the international airport."
"The hotel is about 5-6 minutes drive from Brussels Airport. The hotel environment is general, but free parking is available at the door. Next to the hotel is the train track, the noise is relatively loud, and the sound of the plane taking off and landing is relatively loud. The hot water is OK, and the sleep is OK."

"The room is quite spacious, the breakfast is also very rich, parking is very convenient, and the transportation is very convenient for business trips. There is a platform within 200 meters, which is very convenient to go to the city and the airport"
"The hotel is near the airport and has connection to Brussels. The rooms are dark and that makes them appear not clean.
Entrance is at what I call back of the building and reception doubles as bar. Breakfast and dinner are available but I didn't try as €14 for breakfast is too much.
As long as price is low it is a good budget stay would not want to pay above €60 (another €5,50 per person is due at check in for local tourist tax) per night but below that level it is fine."
"There is a bus to the airport which is very convenient, and you can also take the bus to the nearby supermarket. The best thing is that you can cook in the room which is very convenient, there is a microwave, there are paid washing machines and dryers in the basement, and there is a gym which is super convenient.
The hotel is very new and the facilities are very new. It is very suitable for travelers who are going to the airport the next day!"
"Among the hotels I visited during my trip, the service and facilities were very good. It was great for families to stay, and it had a kitchen so it was convenient to cook food. Parking was safe, and the free washing machine and dryer in the basement were useful. clean"
"Well located. You can even catch the 272 bus from the airport to the hotel or vice versa. The room very clean and functional as well as comfortable and well ventilated, warm as well in January as snow fell outside. Very helpful staff. Breakfast wide range of choices, very good value."
