Choosing this B&B was a real smart decision! The location is excellent, the rooms are bright and spotlessly clean, and the amenities are complete. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the floor heating provided a great night's sleep. It was pouring rain when we arrived that evening, but the owner offered to meet us with an umbrella and help with our luggage. He was so thoughtful and accommodating. The service was impeccable, and he was responsive to every request. It felt like home, and I highly recommend it!

Zhagana is heavily commercialized, with many B&Bs, but the conditions are limited and the prices for accommodation and dining are expensive. The hardware of this room is OK, but the price is a bit high, breakfast is not included, and the service and value for money are average. This is the worst hotel and B&B I stayed in during my trip to Gannan.
