The hotel is like a traditional business hotel. The staff is nice, courteous , and helpful, even though there was some issue with the booking due to hotel check in procedure and language barrier, but it was sorted out. The room is big and more comfortable than expected. Wifi is good. I didn't try the complimentary hotel breakfast, though, so I can't comment on that. Overall, it is good, considering it is located within the city/town and it's not too far from Zhagana Scenic Area entrance.

很差的酒店，4星是自己封的嗎？感覺2星都算不上。服務也沒服務，環境也不好。衞生更不用説，被子枕頭毛巾都爛的。房間裏蜘蛛蒼蠅蚊子蟲子都有。大半夜的打蚊子，還沒電蚊拍，殺蟲水味道巨大，還打不死。房間隔音巨差，基本都是旅行團過來團住的，很吵，從6.7點開始開門的關門的放歌的。真的，沒事別來這個酒店。能勸一個是一個。

房間裝修很陳舊，衞生一般去，不知道為啥寫2021年裝修。洗澡水温也很低，都沒敢洗澡。早餐真的超難吃的，如圖！

房間設施齊全，停車方便，前台服務不太熱情，餐廳服務員就是在那裡看手機，一到時間不管有沒有客人吃飯就直接關燈，早餐很一般，都是涼的沒有加熱的設備。

房間電視直接顯示沒有繳費！！！！499的酒店，電視不能看，房間裏座機打前台無法連接，還是手機找了酒店前台電話，問了不下五遍，床單都是破洞的，攜程上寫的四星酒店，所以四星在哪裡，早餐筷子上有菜勺子上有辣椒！！！碗上有蟲子！！！

衞生差，牀頭櫃留有手印和污漬，漱口杯未清洗乾淨；
冰箱裏居然留有半瓶飲料和一個雞蛋；
洗漱鏡不通電；
電視插座和機頂盒裸露在外；
最讓人難忍的是床品都破爛不堪了還在用

開始訂的是副樓，設施陳舊，衞生環境也很糟糕，毛巾用了很久還沒換新又破又舊，後面果斷換到主樓才能接受。

整個川西和甘南之旅體驗最差的一個酒店，沒有之一。甚至可以説是這麼多年旅行做過最差的。
1. 酒店沒有製冷空調，沒有任何事情告知和提醒。進屋子之後，由於白天晴天，陽光的炙烤房子非常悶熱。進屋之後開空調製冷，結果越開越熱。後來發現情況不對，問了才知道，無論你開製冷和制熱都只有制熱。 説整個縣城都沒有空調能製冷。
2. 那沒有空調怎麼辦呢？房子總不能悶着吧，洗手間也沒有通風抽風。那得開窗吧。 開窗非常吵，深夜前面不是狗叫，就是人的吵鬧。 前面還是主幹道幾條馬路非常吵。
3. 去前台説怎麼辦？他説那就開窗我説吵怎麼辦他説不知道。
他的窗簾還是布遮光的，這是我住的這麼多年酒店第一次見過不遮光的窗簾。
4.地板走路還非常的嘎吱嘎吱響。衞生也很一般。前台的服務態度非常差，你跟他問問題的時候他白眼一般兩，所以説我怎麼知道？（問他這麼熱怎麼辦的時候）
第二天一大早就被陽光刺眼醒了和吵醒了。
真的是遭罪！！！！！！房價還不便宜。
