Awful service. Dinner denied. Can't have beer when you want it. If you do want beer - not a place for you, they claim more you've already had. If you do want beer outside, get ready for 40 mins or so for delivery. If you want a beer inside, get ready for "We don't take debit cards" If you want to get something to eat, get ready for stuff that's probably made of gold If you want some quiet and some sleep with your partner, get ready to be wrapped up in a single size blanket If you want to see how many cigarettes you had last night, just wait till 5 am and go check - it's all still there If you want to get a cold shoulder, just wait for the owner who wears a carpet pant suit

We stayed here for 1 night with my wife while on a roadtrip in Germany. A lot of rooms in the hotel; we could also see a bus with older people visiting. Rooms were good. Not too large bu more than sufficient for 2 people. Same for bathroom. This is a sort of standard you expect from these hotels. All was nice and clean. There is a restaurant downstairs with the hotel but this wasn't as good as indicated. Decent food, but nothing more than that. Next time we will find another restaurant to eat. Breakfast was good

Spent 2 nights here at Easter, what friendly staff and delicious food! No one can complain about that! Then they have a sauna room that is neat and spacious and a plus in our opinion! The only thing I would like to give as a tip is that the receptionist should explain when checking in that there will be a nameplate for you on one of the tables where you will sit with the food during your stay! So that this is clear to the guests that they know this because we had an unwilling guest who refused to leave our table and also did not pay for her drinks... How annoying that must have been for the staff... That's the scariest tip I can give! Also a big compliment!

Great hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff including the manager. Delicious food (half board). Great breakfast and evening buffet. Cute hotel newspaper with weather, excursion tips and sayings on the table every morning. We were there over Easter and would come back anytime. Beautiful new wellness area. Comfortable beds. The hotel is well equipped. Our room was large and the mattresses were very good. The bathroom was well equipped, but could have been a bit bigger. There are two elevators that make it easy to reach the rooms on the upper floors. All we can say about the half board is: very good. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and the evening buffet always had very tasty dishes. A good mix of German and Italian cuisine, which tasted excellent every evening.

A solid 3-star hotel. The rooms are big enough, the bathroom is perhaps a little small. I didn't think the bathroom was bright enough - there were just a few ceiling spotlights, but no additional lighting, e.g. on the mirror. The rooms were clean, a little old-fashioned but comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the same can be said about lunch. In summary, the hotel can be recommended - it is a solid 3-star hotel with a few extras (small swimming pool and sauna).

Large hotel in the middle of the very quiet village of Dieblich. You search in vain for shops or a pub. The hotel is worthy of a maximum of three stars; rather it tends towards two stars. Average quality dinner; almost all crockery is damaged. Shame!!! Staff are friendly. Considering the quality offered, this is definitely not recommended.
