Nothing was too much of an ask, the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The whole area was kept very clean, staff constantly on the look out for anything that needed cleaning up. Food was incredible, I wish I could take home a chef! The dining room staff were fantastic, always making sure you're happy, offering suggestions and even some recipes. The animation team were excellent - especially David and Arry from greeting the whole hotel in a morning, looking after lone guests, organising activities throughout the day to getting involved in evening entertainment and ensuring everyone was happy. The spa was wonderful, I can't recommend their turkish bath, salt scrub and massage enough! The housekeeping staff were thorough yet quickly in and out so not to disturb you. Even in off peak season this hotel was amazing, I would highly recommend this place to everyone! I have never felt this relaxed and refreshed after a holiday before.

The staff go above & beyond to make your stay special. Nothing is too much for them. The hotel is very comfortable & clean. The food is amazing & never ending. The animation team is very nice and so helpful with different activities especially David and Arry.I would recommend everyone to visit here.

The hotel itself has so much potential. We did not pay a lot for an all inclusive holiday, so did not expect much and I must say the actual hotel was better than I expected. But what we did expect despite the price, was polite and accommodating staff. We did not get this!! While I understand we are visiting Turkey, not one person even tried to communicate in English.- unless they were trying to touch and charm my very young blonde child. They would not serve drinks at the food tables to us but Turkish people got very good service. A few days in and we cleared our own tables, collected our own cutlery and served our own drinks. All this wouldn’t have been an issue had everyone been treated the same. We do not go away to leave children at kids clubs, but we did visit with our young children a few nights when the weather wasn’t great. It was awful!! It was not monitored, my daughter slipped in the dirty toilets and the ladies didn’t care. The cinema room had a remote control that older boys used to play YouTube/TikTok videos that were unsuitable for any age! The children that were left by parents were never checked on. The beach is lovely, despite the stray dogs. The pools are good and the food was ok for an all inclusive buffet style. Hotel & Rooms were clean enough but could’ve been better at times. Cats were everywhere!!! While we understand their culture and expect the odd cat, we do not expect them to be inside the restaurants, on chairs and eating from our plates! The guests here feed them constantly and staff don’t stop this. Entertainment was good for one night only. Even though this hotel is in the middle of nowhere it could be so much better with better staff! It shouldn’t be available to book by English people!

I loved this hotel because it has everything a person needs to spend a nice time and the best thing is the children's area. There are fun activities every night and they dance with the children thank you Buşra ,ozge,Emine,efşan,ayau,ayko,aziza for everything

My best friend advise me to go this lovely place . I took all of my family here so I M so excited to be here . The food is brilliant the staff and entertainment team were so friendly to all of us . I’m gonna remember this holiday

Best Holiday in lovely place in Didim. Im gonna miss all the entertainment team so much my kids were satisfied with miniclub all staff was kind. I'll be back definitely

Lovely hotel with super entertainment team. No complaints at all about the hotel, facilities or staff. Unfortunately we were the only 2 British in the hotel which was a little lonely as we struggled to communicate with anyone. Jet 2 arranged for us to relocate to another hotel. Great place but not for English. We are happy in mixed nationality environment but being the only 2 English speakers in a large remote hotel was not ideal.

Debie G says everything that I was going to put. NOT FOR THE ENGLISH. Felt like a two week prison sentence. Staff rude & ignorant. Food Luke warm. Chicken or Turkey on barbecue lunch & dinner. Thought we was going to start clucking or laying eggs. Boiled eggs raw. Was no cereal until we heard a couple complaining that there children only wanted cereal. Never had Baileys or Smirnoff. Know how Tom hanks felt. Like being dropped in the middle of a dessert. No English voices, no one to converse with. No atmosphere. All geared for Turkish visitors. Dogs starving on the beach that was lovely friendly dogs that we fed every evening , why when the waste of food was incredible. Cats walking around the hotel for first nine days then all disappeared. Put us of Turkey & we have always enjoyed. Next holiday Greece or spain
