Front desk clerk was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a great location. The coffee and breakfast was also a nice benefit. I would recommend this hotel for it's location near to Medora. The stay here got me in a good mood to continue to Medora after a long day's drive from Rapid City.

First they over charged me from what I was quoted,They had issues with the pool a few days prior and emailed that the pool was out of order. So I called them to make sure the pool was running ansd was told yes it was but they didn't tell us that the pool had no heat in it. It was FREEZING cold. The kids could not even stand it for a few minutes. The only reason we stayed at this property was for the pool and water slide! First morning I had a cold shower because they had run out of hot water! The fridge was luke warm at best, thank god we had brought a cooler for our Christmas food or it would have been rotten. Breakfast would have been good if the hot foods would have been hot. The eggs we had were not even warm. When we went for breakfast there wasn't much left and what was left looked like the pigs had rooted through it. The ceiling in our room had someone elses pizza still stuck up there. I would NEVER stay here again!!

I had a nice stay, room was comfortable, modern furniture, microwave, minifridge and KCup Coffee. Renovated bathroom. Good AC. Indoor pool with slide, free basic breakfast. Room was clean and quiet, I had great rest. Good wifi and AC worked well

Stayed in room 218. The tile was loose in the bathroom and grout missing. There was a gash in the tub that was semi patched, the bathtub drain was plugged so we had water building up during our shower, no fruit, yogurt, or standard cinnamon rolls (that holiday inn claims they always have) they ran out of oatmeal (asked for more and the worker was back eating), there was a spot for bacon but no bacon, ran out of biscuits (all by 8am and breakfast went until 9. Beds were fine and the hotel was quiet but it clearly was not up to Holiday Inn standards.

This property was fantastic! Everything is up to date and very clean. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. They turned down the water slide flow so our kids could enjoy it! We will definitely stay again!

I stayed in a Poolside room and slept like a baby the first night! Very comfortable beds. The 2nd night was totally opposite! The manager decided it was a good ideal to keep the pool open until 2AM I was woken up out of a deep sleep twice! I highly suggest NOT staying in one of their poolside roomd unless you want to be woken up at 2am!!

This was a quiet and comfortable Holiday Inn after a long day on the road. The bed was firm and room was clean. The room was quiet. The breakfast was just okay, but it got the job done. I would stay again if in the area.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us for going to TRNP and Bismark to see the capitol. We had a queen suite which was spacious for the three of us. Good service, clean room, and friendly staff.
