The hotel's location near the highway makes it easy to locate. Room size is adequate, cleanliness is average. The bed is comfortable, though the pillow is smaller than usual.

Great stop if you want to break up the journey to Niagara Falls.
Hotel is located near the main road.
For 1 night it's perfect.
On the other hand, from the room you could hear the vehicles passing on the main road and the included breakfast was poor (in terms of choice and quality).

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Basic queen room was small. Breakfast was included, but very basic and very limited gluten free choices.
Highway noise was a bit disturbing.
Our biggest problem was getting to the hotel. Poor street signs, so gps had us going in circles in rain and fog, which was very frustrating. Not the hotel’s fault, but this might result in some guests not returning or recommending to others.

Stay was great and breakfast was fine. The only problem was that I wanted to watch the Superbowl and it was only available in Spanish or on Nickelodion.

This hotel was convenient to get to off the 81. Clean, staff were nice but after 1 of them asking me how our stay was, basically said thats the way it is. First issue was the temperature in the room. We were either freezing or roasting, o in between. 1 degree adjustment was all ot took to go from cold to hot. When i mentioned that to the morning clerk, he said he has been at that hotel since before opening in 2016 and that heating system has been that way ever since. Some people like it and some dont. I don’t. The other issue was the drain in the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. He seemed like he may report that byt ny guess is he won't based on his repsonse from the first issue.
