Room design is beautiful and view from room is awesome. Bird poop problem at balcony not hotels fault. Breakfast can be improve. The only best thing is staff is lovely. We love them.

Amazing staff and hotel everything was perfect. Except the breakfast buffet for the 3 nights we spent there it was the same food everyday no variety at all.

I really want to highlight the fact that my review is mainly for the hotel and how it got old and definitely not on Fairmont standards, on all aspects : food, room, overpricing … The employees were very nice, from the reception to the chef to the hotel manager. We were supposed to stay there the whole weekend but after only one night we decided to leave. It was definitely not worth the paid price. The hotel is getting old and you feel it from the beginning. The rooms are big, and the view to the beach from the room is astonishing, but the bed was too fluffy, impossible to sleep as I was feeling drowned in it. The buffet were not at the level of a Fairmont (breakfast and dinner ) even if the chef came personally and tried to satisfy us. We decided to leave just after the breakfast and not to finish our stay. the hotel manager came to see us, was very polite and kind and accepted to reimburse us for our second night, but the harm was already done, and we did not enjoy at all our stay the first night.
