I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel! From the very beginning I was greeted by friendly staff who did everything to make me feel comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated - it is clear that they care about the details. Great animation - the girls are great!!! The food is also very tasty and good! 🥰😍😘😘

We stayed at the MIRAGE BAB AL BAHR BEACH RESORT 4* from November 19, 2024. We flew with Air Arabia, they fed us a croissant with cheese and ham for breakfast, hot food for dinner, and provided a bottle of water. The flight lasted about 5.5 hours. This is our second time at this hotel and as I write, I will compare it with my previous vacation at the hotel. Arrival. We arrived at the hotel in the morning around 12:00. Dear guests of the hotel, do not be afraid of the language barrier in communication, now there are many opportunities to understand you and make your vacation easy and unforgettable. Early check-in was offered for 50 dollars, but we refused. After discussing the room, we went to lunch, on the first day (or on the day of departure) lunch is included, but without alcoholic drinks, after lunch at 14-00 we received the keys to the room, changed clothes and went to the beach, later at 15-00 we received bracelets for the all-inclusive meal concept. Room. We were provided with a bungalow overlooking the beach, everything is clean, comfortable, they brought an adapter, set up the TV, brought robes. Large bed, comfortable mattress. The room has a refrigerator without a minibar, a kettle, a tea set and 2 bottles of water, if desired, you can call and order two more bottles. If there was not enough water, we filled it up in the bar in the cooler; access to water starts at 9-10 am. In the bathroom, there are dispensers near the mirror for hand lotion and soap, in the shower there is gel shampoo and hair conditioner. A set of two large towels, one medium and one foot towel for leaving the shower. You can change them every day, if desired. Bed linen is changed on the 3rd day, but it is possible earlier if desired. If you forgot something at home, you can always call the reception and they will bring you everything, including toothpaste and a shaving kit, the main thing is to voice your request. We dried our clothes on a small dryer (it is possible to use a stand under a suitcase). The air conditioner worked fine, set a comfortable temperature for you. Meals: all inclusive. In terms of food in the 4* restaurant, everything is clean, tasty, the dishes are updated, replenished, if desired, you can ask the cook for something that you cannot find at the distribution. Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review for this hotel: my husband and I spent 8 days on holiday (11/25/2024 - 12/2/2024), what can I say - it was an unforgettable holiday!!! We stayed in the main 5* building, there is a 4* hotel nearby, there is one common area, you can move around freely, we were checked in after 3pm, upon check-in they took $100 as a deposit (for damage to property in the room), upon check-out they returned everything, I would also like to note that they did not ask us for any extra charges for the room, the room is excellent (refrigerator, TV, kettle, air conditioning, toiletries, even a set of needles and thread came in handy, thank you very much, clean bed linen and towels, the room has a shared bathroom, wardrobe and safe). The service is at the highest level, they helped us with any request we made! We took a tour with the all-inclusive category, they fed us 3 times a day plus alcoholic drinks, there is a liquor store in the next building, you can buy whatever you want. I would also like to note the cleanliness of the beach, the sea is warm, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, there is a swimming pool nearby, a beach bar from 11 am to 10 pm. Regarding the cuisine, I would like to say separately, absolutely European food, lots of vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, fruits, greens, salads, for breakfast delicious porridge, scrambled eggs, omelette, a variety of pastries, buns, toast, croissants, muffins, sausages, cheese, salami, coffee, tea. For dinner soups, meat, fish, chicken, rice, pasta, mashed potatoes and French fries, in general you will not go hungry, there is a bar nearby, red and white wine, beer, whiskey, etc. Many thanks to the girls animators, active, positive and fiery, in the morning animation on the beach, in the evening a disco and competitions.
