不知是否由於網絡抽成太高，前台對網絡客户不很友好：明明訂房時要求高樓層、安靜，卻安排了9層（客房是8-20多層）面對大馬路的房間，早晚兩場壩壩舞加上汽車聲音，實在太鬧了。現在是淡季，客人並不多，好房間都留着吃灰呢！衞生間淋浴在浴缸外，卻衹有半截玻璃擋水，洗澡水容易濺濕衞生間地面，不知為何不做完整的淋浴玻璃，或者按常規將淋浴安在浴缸內。

房間乾淨整潔，樓層大姐服務態度好！入住當天有些感冒不舒服，樓層大姐馬上去廚房找來生薑和紅糖，熬了一大杯紅糖姜水給我，非常感謝！
房間還配有咖啡和咖啡碟勺，七喜和可樂！非常棒！

前台工作人員熱情專業，主動幫忙升級了房型，還詳細介紹了周邊美食和景點。客房響應速度也很快，需要物品幾分鐘就送到。房間還備有飲料，孩子可喜歡了，下次還來光臨，祝酒店生意興隆！

酒店環境不錯，配套設施很完善，現在是牡丹花開的時候，酒店大堂都能感受到牡丹故里的氛圍。中午和朋友在一起在酒店吃的飯，菜品絕對沒得説，味道很地道，這道鴨子特別推薦，外酥裏嫩，味道十足，真是愛了

朋友推薦過來的，酒店很大氣，獨棟大樓，還有別墅區，房間很寬敞，房間還配有免費飲料，根據口味配了兩款不一樣的飲料，免費的水一看也應該不是那種廉價的水，總之這次聽朋友的沒錯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

床鋪的床單被罩潔白乾凈，沒有污漬和異味，衞生間也打掃得十分徹底，馬桶、浴缸、洗手枱都沒有水漬和污垢，地面也是一塵不染，讓人住着很放心

酒店房間寬敞，床上用品很舒適，熱水很大很熱
從酒店前廳到客房環境衞生都不錯，服務也很熱情。早餐菜品豐富，味道很好，特別推薦玉米味道很好，又甜又糯，口感超讚。
下次還會選擇入住國能酒店。
