This is a lovely place to stay right by the beautiful white sandy beach. Rooms are cool and comfortable, buffet meals have a good selection of food with plenty of veggie options, pool is clean and gorgeous surrounded by palm trees. What merits a full 5 star review are the staff - everyone is so friendly, cheerful and helpful - special shout out to Jimmy and Elvis in the restaurant - nothing was too much trouble. And hotel massage/manicure salon was brilliant - amazing prices! Thank you everyone - loved our stay.

Service was very poor .Most staff are not friendly . Noticed gate security was very rude and . Mr. Fredrick from swimming pool bar was very professional and warm along with the rest swimming pool bar staff . rooms were not well cleaned during check in and you have to leave the door open to remove the bad odor

Well, here goes again. !!! Review of trip no 11. It was just the same as all the others trips. Made to feel so welcome once again, by all the staff , from the top down to the new trainees. Not artificial either.!!! It was the usual case of excess of everything, food, drink and sadly , to much sun. Met a lot of old friends from every year, and some new ones from this year. The interaction with the staff is the highlight though, makes me feel very happy. I will really miss all this if I am unable to return next year. Even though it does not worry me at the time, the journey home takes a long time to get over. I am not as young as I was , and even though the spirit is willing, the body is getting weaker. !!!! Anyway, enough of that self pity, the object of this review is "praise." For the wonderful welcome, the good food, great friendship and help for me to put on some excess weight.!!!! I will try to get to, get back , but if I can,t , thank you all for 11 great holidays I have had at my " second home " ,The PAPILLON . Asante Sana. Thank you all. Mick.

The selection of food buffet style was amazing. We had good food for all meals. I am also very grateful to the kitchen staff who ensured that I had gluten free snacks too. The young people in our team had the best time- their favorite being the food, the beach and the swimming pool-including all the free drinks. The rooms had both AC and fan. Rooms were cool and clean. The beds very comfortable. I would recommend having tea kettles in the rooms with some tea/coffee for the guests. The staff were also kind and very friendly-especially, Felix the waiter who served with a great attitude.

This hotel is actually "Value for your money". Not very expensive but offer "All inclusive meals and drinks" at this facility which has nice swimming pool and sea facing hotel means on the beach. Beach is very clean and from the hotel front one can take boat and do various activities like Jet SKI, Boat riding, Fishing on boat, Glass boat tour, Snorkeling etc.

I had an amazing experience with my girls.A very good hotel with views of the beach and good serenity.The rooms were clean and well kept and very friendly staff.The food was fairly good but the breakfast was amazing! In terms of food they could improve on lunch and dinner.

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property in Diani. The rooms were amazing, providing a perfect retreat, and the food was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway!

This place has the most unprofessional staff from the security who has a big attitude to the reception who took my booking and charged me the wrong price and finally the reservations guy who seemed unbothered about my frustrations which was inconvenienced by them, i can never recomend any of my clients to stay here, everyone was so cold.im really dissapointed.
