Very beautiful resort and love the multiple levels of swimming pools. Some of the restaurants are very nice and staff are all very friendly

long story. It suddenly rained heavily on the last night, and the whole room was covered with rainwater. All the things we put on the floor got wet, and the hair dryer was soaked in water within 1 centimeter. Then what did the hotel do? There are no measures except the innocuous sentence “I’m so sorry to hear that”. At our request, we were offered a 10% discount on in-store purchases???? To be honest, it would be better not to give this compensation at all. It’s just a few tens of yuan cheaper and still treated as a charity. Needless to say, the hotel environment is very beautiful, but the experience on the last night was really terrible. I will not choose it again.

The hotel is beautiful, it should be a Swahili style hotel, although I don't know what style Swahili is🤭. There are several restaurants and small shops in the hotel. There is also a spa, the environment, the scenery, and the food are all good. Recommended. . There is Carrefour opposite the hotel door, which is very convenient. At the hotel, you can also sign up for a group to go to sea to see dolphins🐬

1. The decoration style of the room is Arabic style, and it is very clean and comfortable overall. 2. The beach is the hotel's private beach. There are staff who have been cleaning up the washed up sea****, and there is no promotion. The overall feeling is very good. 3. The hotel's buffet and a la carte dishes are both delicious, covering European and Asian dishes.

It was an amazing relaxing long weekend for us. Every need dealt with by the hotel quickly and effortlessly. The food was simply divine. Well done you. If there was something that would improve the hotel then it would be the inclusion of some swim up rooms.

We stayed at for 6 nights a group of 3 women. They would not let us share a room not even a suite so we purchased two standard rooms- one was underwhelming with a broken air conditioner and all the art removed from the wall with nails sticking out- the other room next door was nicer. After many hours traveling we went to shower in both rooms the water was not working at all. We called down stairs and they were working on it. This happened multiple times during our stay and staff was not apologetic. The shower is also cold as sometimes the hot water wasn’t working. Every night at 9 pm we would get knocks on the door apparently it’s turn down service but knocking on a door that late woke us up. The breakfast was wonderful, the dinner food was terrible except at the spice market/ the only dinner venue with amazing customer service and food. My regret is not knowing about until the second to the last night! We had the best service. In other areas the customer service was poor while there was plenty of staff at all times service was very slow overall. Many staff did not look happy to be there or would roll their eyes. I had an appointment at the spa at 10 and arrived at 945 to fill out paperwork and the attendant told me I’m too early to be there rolling her eyes. The massages were amazing though and I do recommend despite the poor front staff customer service. The spa is closed and under renovation so empty hotel rooms are being used as the spa currently.

The overall stay was relaxing and wonderful. This resort is the nicest one in the area. I was pleased however, the water did get turned off a few times. They were doing construction so one of the days I was trying to nap and I couldn’t due to banging on the roof. It appears they are doing some needed repairs which is expected but not an ideal time. The message was amazing I will say. The dinner was redundant at the main buffet but the Spice Market restaurant was amazing. Gilbert was our waiter and he was phenomenal. He was very hospitable and had the most cheerful attitude. Most of the staff was kind, a few seemed annoyed with the requests of the guests. Overall my experience was relaxing and I enjoyed my time there.
