Book with Kaskazi beach hotel and realize the value for your Money!! Sure I will visit again. I booked my 2 nights 3 days with Kaskazi beach hotel with my partner and I had the best experience spending my time in Kaskazi beautifully looking ambience. The employees are welcoming and always ready to Help.

The hotel is huge and the grounds are beautifully kept. The rooms need a bit of maintenance but everything was working properly and they are clean. The A/C is a blessing when it's hot outside. The food is pretty decent but what deserves more than 5 stars is the staff. They are super attentive and sweet. Evans at the front desk will do everything to take care of the guests, and the restaurant staff, including the manager, are a pleasure to deal with.

An empty place with no people, a neglected garden and a large part of the hotel. A pool with green water in which you can't see anything. In the evening everything looks like from a horror film. Once it may have been a 4-star hotel. Now something between 1 and 2. On the positive side, the staff are very friendly.

This is a sad experience. Everything here is messy. Workers lethargic and demotivated. Rooms rusty and poorly maintained. Seat and utensils dusty. What a sad tale of a potentially beautiful hotel. This hotel needs to be sold and everyone here should go home

Though Kaskazi is undoubtedly not as sparkling as it might have been in its heyday, the value for money is pretty good for a prime location, huge hotel, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. A large pool (could do with a bit of a clean), tasty food, and large rooms with AC. I liked that there was easy beach access and it’s walking distance to the shops and bars and restaurants that I like in diani. There’s even some activities for the kids. We came as a large running club and we got an excellent deal and were made to feel welcome. It’s big enough to accommodate large groups and not feel crowded.

We made a reservation and paid for 2nights in advance then we get a call a day before our arrival saying they wouldn’t be functioning because they were experiencing power issues. As if that’s not enough they refused to refund our money yet they had already inconvenienced us. It’s been weeks now and they’ve completely refused to return the money. Sad how unreliable and unethical the place is run.

I haven't stayed in every hotel in Diani, but I'll wager that this place is among its worst. It felt like a hotel in Bosnia shortly after the war in the early 2000s, a Draculean hell hamper of somekind: dark, soulless and in disrepair. The shower didn't work in the morning hours (presumably due to everyone else siphoning the water pressure, the pool was slimy and gave my son a urinary track infection, I stood in line at breakfast for 45 minutes for an egg which was then followed by a treasure hunt to find a table that wasn't covered in other people's used dishes (granted, that was New Years Day breakfast, so it was busy, but it underscored the general lack of management at this place.) I had to special request a refrigerator as there wasn't one, and 2 mosquito nets... for the latter, the reservations manager gave me the run around for it, making some kind of joke that he killed the last mosquito at the hotel the night before and I didn't need one. That was garbage, of course, the room was a mosquito factory as the windows didn't close properly. The pillows were as good as dish towels, and most (not all) of the guests carried the same dejected look on their faces, as if wanted to cry out, "how in the hell did we end up here." It was sad. Stay away.

Signs that this was once a very great hotel but has now been terribly run down,the food is not good and very limited options,some of the doors and paints are coming off it just needs a serious investor
