Nothing bad to say. Everything was beyond our expectations. The room was huge, comfortable with an exceptional beach view and stunning sunset. Phillip the owner is always working in the background knowing all the details of our excursions and needs. Staff are friendly despite our schoolboy/girl french and accommodate without hesitation. The exclusion to nosy fahiny is a must of you like to snorkel where you will see turtles and an abundance of tropical fish, you can even watch them catch the fish which they cook for you for lunch, sublime. Tip, best to book the bungalows on the beach front (at a premium) to truly enjoy the sunsets and easy access to the sea (obviously) but the sea view are good, set up some steps for a higher point of observation. We were first concerned the remoteness of the resort but with free kayaks, excursions, chill out area with the bar, pool table/table football kept us entertained. The sea is clear and even saw chameleons. A holiday to remember and cherished

Heaven on Earth! This charming hotel is the perfect tropical paradise escape. Updated bungalows, complete with working WiFi, sit on the beach with a spectacular view of the Indian Ocean/Mozambique Channel. The infinity pool pours right onto the beach and sea as well. And Chef Roget gives you plenty of food options in the open air restaurant. Owner Philippe is warm, relaxed, incredibly helpful and makes you feel like you’ve landed for a restorative visit in his home. This is a truly special place.

Nice, airy beach front bungalows on a quite beach. Good mosquito net. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple breakfast, lunch and dinner to order. Great bar area with pool table. A nice relaxed place to start or end your travels in Madagaskar away from the other crowded touristic beaches. Due to the more remote location no restaurants or shops in walking distance.

P A R A D I S I A Q UE !!! Un grand merci à Philippe et son équipe pour l'accueil ! Quelques inquiétudes à notre arrivée par les sentiers au travers des champs d'ylang ylang, rapidement dissipées par l'arrivée sur un havre de paix et de liberté comme le dit si bien Philippe. Tout y est conforme, tranquillité, beauté du paysage et personnel aux petits soins. Merci à Martial, pour nous avoir fait découvrir son île en toute humilité, à Roger pour ses talents culinaires hors pairs, et à Philippe pour sa réactivité dans l'organisation de nos activités de dernières minutes. L'hôtel est certes isolé mais il s'agit d'un véritable havre de paix, permettant de se reposer loin de toute galère. Les chambres sont très propres et l 'ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins !! Génial le réveil avec vu sur les pêcheurs sur le canal du Mozambique. Nous avons clairement grâce à cet établissement pu nous déconnecter et profiter à fond de nos vacances, le tout en dépit de mes exigences de plongeur chevronné !!! Nul doute que nous reviendrons dans l établissement de Philippe, qui est clairement une valeur particulièrement sûre et précieuse. Stayed here for 3 nights. We were welcomed with a refreshing juice and a towel. Friendly staff to welcome you. The pool was a rim flow which gives you a great view of the ocean. Was good to be in a pool as our last lodge unfortunately didnt have a pool to cool down in. Food: Breakfast was OK, nothing WOW very simple continental breakfast. Lunch and dinner you choose from a menu about 2 hours before. Fresh seafood! Nothing is too much trouble for all staff members and being only English speaking we didnt battle to communicate. We did have some problems with sand fleas which unfortunately made it slightly unpleasant and left you itching so take lots of antihestamine cream Overall Philippe and his wife have a wonderful place and will recommend for some R & R

Fabulous hotel. The big aloes are perfectly situated and you can hear the sea. The pool is great with nice seating area around. The restaurant and bar serve great food and drink and everything is reasonably priced! Amazing stay. Thank you Philippe!

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time at the idyllic resort. The bungalows were spacious but cosy, with direct access to the sea, which we loved. Delicious food and friendly staff, great excursions and a fun social program!

It took us a few visits to Nosy Be to find this place, recommended by an American friend from Tana who said it felt the most free for families - to swim, wander the beach, kayak in the mangroves... with no other hotels nearby. The owner Philippe's family is here too. I just sent my adult daughter on a first trip to Madagascar, knowing she'd be safe and well cared for. If you want the edgy bar vibe of places close to Hell-ville, you may find this too peaceful and remote. Yet only 30 minutes from the airport, on a scenic road. But the food is excellent - succulent crab salad, fish soup, lobster in season, fresh fish catch of the day. Fresh coconut and fruits. Generous breakfast buffet. If you want an early coffee, ask for a hot water flask at supper. If you want Malagasy greens or special dishes, just ask. The more remote location means the beach is clean and secure.
