the room did not correspond to what we had reserved and this is the first time in 15 years of traveling that I have given such a bad rating! The hotel is under construction which generates noise and dust! the beach is dangerous because of the jet-skis passing nearby. no catering possible at the moment and breakfast offered elsewhere is very simple.

We are a group of 8 people and we went on excursions with them and they are exceptional, they take you to see another world with a lot of experience... the romantic dinner on the beach was the best!!!!! They are reliable, kind, a touch of class and attention... Italian music on the boat and at the romantic dinner... wonderful photos and lots of them... thanks again for everything and regards to the parrot

I went from 25/12/22 to 6/1/23 12 nights $88 a day half board. I booked through *********** and in the benefits I saw that it said that there was a restaurant on the premises and that's why I chose half board, which now that I'm back I'm telling you that it's not worth it because it's a hostel and not a hotel, it doesn't have restaurant on the premises and has made an agreement with a cafe that is quite further from the hotel 400 meters in the heat every morning and evening and the agreement is a specific menu with rice or noodles, no steak, no fish, no pizza! 12 days the same and the same. half board is not worth it, don't make the mistake of choosing it. all over the island in restaurants, a rice dish or noodles with chicken or tuna costs 4 dollars. the rooms in the hostel are clean, have a/c, ceiling fan ,kettle,Nescafé sachets and they give you 6 small bottles a day.the windows are sealed they don't open to ventilate the space.it is next to the sea and has free kayaks.Nabib is responsible for the umbrellas on the beach,every morning he put me 2 chairs and an umbrella at the place I told him, I went at 7 in the morning to take a seat. I went to the room at 9 and when I came back I found a chair, I asked the employee Fayiz who was there where the chair went, he said I don't know. so when the other customers came after 10 o'clock she would give them one of my chairs and my friend who was staying in another hotel would put down the towel and sit down. on the penultimate day, I took the chair back from the people next door who had come after at 10 and then Fayiz came who for so many days did not know who was taking my chair and told me in front of everyone that because I have a single bed we are not entitled to a second chair and I have to sit alone! So let me inform Fayiz that the policy of all hotels the universe is the customer who has a single bed is entitled to have a guest and not to sit alone punishment!!! ibrahim made sure to book me a return ticket from the airport with the speedboat which takes 35 minutes and costs 35 dollars one way .70 dollars on return .and on the day I was leaving he made sure with Nabib that my return was smooth.they made my stay pleasant by helping me with whatever I needed, so did Nabib and Aman.thank you very much .the hostel has wifi.
