Room size is good. No transportation facilities in remote area. Maintenance is low. Phones don’t work, keys and dining tables and other fixtures come off easily, could not switch off ac. Food in front of pool was excellent! breakfast buffet was good. There is scope for improvements. Internet booking turned out expensive!

I had a very good and satisfactory stay in the metropolis hotel and all staff are very good and the rooms are very neat and clean as shown in figure

I had already menioned a note before booking to keep the room ready by 4pm , I reached at 6pm and the room was not ready until I was pushing the reception thrice to provide the room at 7:15. Till then I was given a smoking and dirty room a family would not stay. Bed was not comfortable. Only good thing is the rooftop restaurant which we liked and service was good.

Location was good and peaceful, tasty food. Amenities need to increase like, washroom kit, hot water kettle in room, tea coffee option within room etc, overall good service.
