I had already menioned a note before booking to keep the room ready by 4pm , I reached at 6pm and the room was not ready until I was pushing the reception thrice to provide the room at 7:15. Till then I was given a smoking and dirty room a family would not stay. Bed was not comfortable. Only good thing is the rooftop restaurant which we liked and service was good.

Property is located right next to railway station. Restaurant is present at the property which serves veg and non veg, separate section for family. Rooms are good.

The rooms were maintained pretty well and the cost is affordable and cheap. Kindly improvise hot water facility for bath. Rest everything was superb!

This place is good with all basic amenities. It is value for your money. On the flip side some rooms facing the main road are very noisy, no lift available to go to upper floors.

Hotel was ok ok not to low not to high as show in pics but location is to easy access as it's close to old bustand. Break fast package is not nice as their is only nomilal type like idli and poha or dos a nothing etc anyway average type of hotel for budget pricing wise 1200 is little more only.

Room was clean and it was big as promised, but that’s where the good news ends.
Location is poor overseeing a nala, food was so so, and they had issues with liquor license so there was no alcohol on offer.
Worst was the EV charging point, which kept tripping due to poor wiring. I had booked this hotel solely for overnight charging on my way to Bangalore but total fail on this account (may not be hotel’s fault but from Jio BP).

GGuest UserI booked it for an overnight stay with my spouse. Extremely satisfied with the stay. The location is too good and it perfectly suited me. Exemplary service by the Front Desk as well Restaurant staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

However, they charged rs590- for one napkin which got soiled when my 10 year old daughter spilled some food on it, which as per them it was not white as was kept intially. I wonder, if my daughter would have vomited on bed, the situation would have been worst. They would have told me to pay over rs25k as a fine. We stayed there for two days, they didn't provide any water or tea coffee kit on next day, which i believe a complimentary item for every new day as water and tea are basic necessity. I have suggested them not to give room service for food or else give prior information to the customer of penalty. I wonder they would have asked us to pay for broken also. Luckily we didn't do it. Be careful of such management in future.

GGuest UserGreat hotel at a great location. The rooms and amenities are basic and do not reflect luxury. The soap and shampoo in the dispensers were of commercial quality. The room rates were super premium though. To that extent, did not find value for money. The bed linen was not of standard.

GGuest UserThis is a very good hotel in hubbali. Very convenient if one wants a night halt at hubbali while going to goa from bangalore or vice versa. Good restaurant and the hotel has a stunning lake view too. Overall very yproperty
