Having issues with the room service and even in the breakfast part. My last stay i faced they did not serve the breakfast and when i have asked about the breakfast then they told me that today we don't have to cook for preparing the breakfast. When i told them. How could you say that i have already booked the room with breakfast facility then how it's not served then they said we were helpless in that you talk with my senior manager. Then i told them to refund my breakfast charges which i had already paid in my booking then after half n hour they bring the breakfast from street shoppers. That is really bad. When we stay at good reputated hotel and take breakfast from street shoppers. That is really embarrassing for me that's all. Sorry i don't have any images
