Residency Lake Resort & Spa

Positives 1. Good location and beautiful view. 2. Outside of the rooms is very well maintained, 3. Restaurant is good, food is tasty and not very expensive. 4. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. Negatives -1. The rooms interior are needs more maintenance. The new rooms have bathroom roof of PVC. During rains it's very loud and it's impossible to sleep. 2. Many rooms has water leaking from the roofs. I had to change 2 rooms because of water leaking issue.

This place is a Colossal RAT-HOLE. Infrastructure is good - they have built all the trappings to attract a good clientele...however the basics are sadly missing 1) They have an army of staff Manning the place, however no Management supervision, and poor coordination. 2) There is NO WATER in the BATHROOMS... Ever.... Please scroll through other reviews on this site and you'll find mentions of this elsewhere as well...however we made the mistake of not heeding those points just because the infrastructure seemed well laid out. Imagine coming from the pool, and not being able to flush your own toilet....even worse...imagine waking up in the morning and not being able to freshen up... Imagine being a family of 4 and not being able to access basic toilet facilities - morning or evening!!! They are constantly waiting for the Tankers to come, and when a tanker comes in, the water lasts only maybe 10 mins. 3) Restaurant staff is constantly zoned out....food is good however not on time .. at dinner they will try to force you to their buffet options rather than Ala Carte, however the Buffet has only 1 non-veg dish. Basically the whole experience seems like you need to enjoy your vacation as per their convenience, rather than vice versa. I would like to throw in a good word about the actual staff members...they are hard working but under the terrible Management of Mr Sandeep they were disoriented and ineffective. We kept asking for the Manager, Nr Sandeep (allegedly) but throughout a whole morning of water-less survival, he didn't dare show his face and was missing from site. Classic Puneite hospitality - at an all time low level. These Puneites believe that once they've built a building, the guests should be thankful that they're getting to access the place - never mind the service. Few positives - Food was good, and junior Staff members tried their best. Rest - please avoid this place.

Superb place...great facilities. All the staff is very hospitable, kind and helpful. Food was yummy and wide rang of variety. The rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed in Lake view room, it was very beautiful. The staff such as Sanjay Singh, Amreen gave special attention to our family and made sure all the things are provided on time. The spa facility is also very good. The masseuse Pooja was good and helpful . Thanks for making our stay memorable.

We had a great experience at Lake residency resort. This was our first stay here, though it was a one day stay, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. From amazing panoramic views of mulshi lake to great indoor amenities and awesome food. It is worth a try. Special thanks to manager Sanjay Singh and his team who is very helpful and supportive and made sure we had pleasant experience.

The rooms where we stayed had a beautiful Lakeview . The rooms were spacious n well kept . We also lunched n dined at the in house cafe ..Meals were delicious ...The staff were polite n service was gud .

Excellent and serene place. The view is excellent and recreational facilities are good. Swimming pool, pool table, garden area and spa are some highlights. Washrooms are clean.Food is awesome here. Special thanks to Manish Singh and Luvkush for making us comfortable.
