Decent hotel at the business centre of Dhaka and not too far from the Airport. I had booked an executive class room but was given standard deluxe at the front office. However, when i reminded they immediately changed it to the executive class (what if someone didn’t notice but had paid for executive - this should not happen). Breakfast buffet was good and staff member ‘ARMAAN’ at the restaurant served me really well. He was courteous and helpful. Other hotel staff were also good but they can improve a bit at the concierge. Wifi was good. A lot of eateries around the area so I mostly ate out, Especially, at the famous Star Kebab restaurant which is just round the corner. Better taste, options and reasonably priced. The room service and restaurant price were too exaggerated and on top of that you are charged multiple taxes. Overall comfortable stay but i guess if you are in Dhaka - go for apartments/AirBnb as there are limited good hotels and they are mega expensive.

From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm welcome and helpfulness stood out. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home, which was much appreciated after a long flight. The room was spotless, well-organized, and designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. After a busy day, it was great to come back to such a clean, quiet space to recharge. The food at Radisson Blu Dhaka was another highlight of my stay. The buffet offered a wide selection of both local and international dishes, all delicious and freshly prepared. Breakfast was especially satisfying, with a variety of choices to suit all tastes. The hotel’s facilities are well-maintained, and the pool area provided a relaxing escape. I also appreciated the hotel’s location, which is convenient yet still offers a peaceful ambiance away from the city’s hustle. We arrived early for our scheduled check-in time. Robin Edwards, the general manager, has given everyone instructions to take note of my two-day stay at the hotel. After receiving a welcome drink upon my arrival, the General Manager presented me with a unique gift. My check-in was finished in a matter of minutes. After I got in the room, a representative from three different hotels came to ask if I needed anything or if I wasn't satisfied with the space, there was another one available for me. Because of the excellent customer service and concern that made my day memorable, I felt a little ashamed now. Overall exceptional cervices

This hotel is in city center which is best for location, large Central Park , university , hospital all are around it, international standard breakfast was amazing. Resturent has variety of food at dinner buffet, living conform with large room. Bathtub was fantastic. Reception and housekeeping personnel was carrying. I live to live there again.

It was reported that there were too many mosquitoes last time, this time it is worthy of praise. There is no re-experience of the last time in the basic room. This time I lived in a club room, and the supporting executive lounge needs to be complained about. It’s embarrassing to take a few bottles of drinks and say no, you have to drink them in the lounge or pay for them. I want to ask how much the hotel is short of for drinks? The customer-oriented service awareness is still not enough. We should study how to make the guests live comfortably, instead of thinking about where we can charge more money.

The hotel service attitude is very good. The room I stayed in on the first night was a bit cold, and the service staff and cleaning staff took the initiative to help find an empty room to change. There are many types of breakfast, the taste and standard are good, and there are a lot of fruits. I will choose it again next time I go on a business trip.

The room was a bit small, after a free upgrade, we changed to a bigger room. The service staff in the lobby are very enthusiastic. As soon as they saw us leaving the gate, they greeted the driver and even opened the door with us. This happens every time. I feel that their service is very considerate.

The most satisfying stay in Bangladesh on a business trip. There is a bar on the rooftop - with wine and food, open until 2.00am, which is really friendly to guests arriving on late flights. It's really great to drink and fill your stomach! Breakfast and Bangladeshi food are mostly, which is quite rich! It is worth mentioning that the hotel gym is undoubtedly a great choice for fitness enthusiasts. The ironing area is comparable to the general social gym, and you can train your chest, back, shoulders and legs☺️! I will choose this hotel next time I go on a business trip!
