I didn't take any photos, but this hotel is equivalent to a better guest house in China in the 1990s. The air conditioner is wall-mounted, it's noisy, and all the facilities are outdated. There is not much to eat at breakfast. The only thing that can be rated as a five-star hotel is that the service is good.

We had a Training and workshop in thr grand ballroom. The service and professionalism is top notch. Mr ashraf in the service served is pretty well. Ms amrita has helped us in guiding to the hotel customs. The food is very tasty and fresh. The hotel is very clean and well maintained.

We have came for workshop. The venue is good. The food quality and quantity was really nice. The service is proffessional and well mannered. Ms amrita helped us a lot through out the workshop. We will recommended this place. The ambience is beautiful.

We had wonderful experience. The place is clean. Excellent service from every depar**ents. I think they are top well skilled about this industry & providing very classy service in Dhaka city. These names I will never forget for their excellent top class service: From Front Office- Mr. Robin, this man is always welcomed us with top class greeting attitude. His ability to handle guests is superb.Best wishes for his future career. Also Mr. Sofian from restaurant & Mr. Rubel from housekeeping & chef’s, bell desk all are really just excellent. We stayed here one week but we always felt that, we are with our family. We will come here again & again.

Really enjoyed my stay at Ascott place . The staff in the hotel are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Special mention to Ms Amrita and Mr Robin working in front office area who were very welcoming to me. The facilities throughout the hotel are excellent. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting to stay in this hotel.
