This hotel is simply terrible.
1/ They announce a gym, but the first day I would like to you use it, I have been shocked. All the equipments had several layers of dirt. Moreover, no one was operating properly.
2/ They do not have proper fire safety means. It means that in case of fire, this represents a big risk for the customers.
3/ The stairs and surroundings are really dirty.
4/ There is no sound protection. It means that you hear the noise coming from everywhere, from the road, from the other rooms, from the corridor. The only way to sleep is to have earplugs.
I am a frequent traveller, and I have never seen such hotel. They for sure do not deserve 4 stars.

We stayed for one night. The location was great, very close to the airport. Staffs were helpful. The pickup service was okay. I kept the car on waiting since my luggage didn't arrive at the airport. And, the car kept me waiting to take some other guests' extra luggage.
The room was okay. Probably we got the worst room of that property! Water heater was leakin. It kept dropping water from the ceiling, making the floor wet. The room door wasn't sealed properly, lights and sounds were coming inside from corridor.
According to the desk, the entire property had (has) 12 hair dryers in total, so you might not get one if you need. We couldn't get one at night or not even in the morning.

Sajol made my stay there really incredible!!
I had a lot of trouble with the hot water, and navigating around Dhaka, but he helped me to solve all of it. Even helped me to solve all my tourist issues. Best experience ever!!!

I think, they just left this room set up very badly for online booking people and breakfast choice wasn't very good.

For the price, this hotel is very underwhelming and disappointing. Hotel feels empty and dated. Rooms are very basic and the toilet doesn’t feel comfortable at all. The location is not the best and our taxi driver had trouble locating it and we made many turns before we manage to find the building. The only good thing is the service where the staffs were warm and takes the initiative.

Lovely hotel, reasonable value for the money paid, Close to Airport in Uttara Sector 1, awesome part of Dhaka. Uber anywhere you like easily. And the staff are really cool. Room was so clean and everything worked! I'm a Dhaka regular will rebook again Thanks
