Location is good, close to the airport. Amenities were good as well, clean hotel. Food is also good at the restaurant. Airport drop off service was very helpful.

Marvellous service in White palace hotel, my friend suggested me this hotel and I'm pleased with room, food and transport service . Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Security system was also perfect . Definitely it is a quality hotel in Uttara

I requested the hotel to book a non smoking and quiet room. They confirmed also. But they arranged a room by the side of the busy road. There were going contraction work all night. I am very disappointed.

Hotel clean and Nice.
The front desk service is professional and speaks English and Chinese.
The restaurant food is delicious and clean.
The hotel supports arranging car pick-up and drop-off.

Transportation service was good. If you can't find taxi, you can order hotel taxis. The price is higher, but it helps. Free WiFi Router was there at Car.
