The service attitude is very good, the hotel decoration is a bit old, very famous in the neighborhood, and the hotel is relatively high. We arrived early for our scheduled check-in time. Robin Edwards, the general manager, has given everyone instructions to take note of my two-day stay at the hotel. After receiving a welcome drink upon my arrival, the General Manager presented me with a unique gift. My check-in was finished in a matter of minutes. After I got in the room, a representative from three different hotels came to ask if I needed anything or if I wasn't satisfied with the space, there was another one available for me. The hotel is ok, the city center is acceptable. Service was good. There is a taxi at the door. If you can book a hotel car to the airport in advance, the car condition is good in the local area.

Nice ambiance at the heart of dhaka. Quick checkin. Roof top swimming pool has a great view of Stunning hatirjheel along with a great gym. Foods are delicious. Lot of options available on room services. Buffet breakfast is really good. A nice parking at the basement.

Stayed with family after an event at Golden Goose Restaurant. Was upgraded to the Presidential Suite, definitely being a corporate client paid off. Lets begin with the event i hosted at the restaurant. It was Arabian nights and most of the items were great. Rib-Eye steak, italian style fish (bhetki) are to point out. My compliments to the live station chef, the shawarma was excellent. The Kabsa was unusually dry, need to improve. The staff went of their way to make the guests satisfied. Now the suite room. it was an excellent and well decorated set up and perfect for a small family stay. Two bedrooms one living and one dinning and kitchenet. Two bathrooms with bathtubs and shower enclosure alongside. Came with three TVs and three Refrigerators. Well decorated and tastefully done as well. The morning views was excellent overseeing the gulshan-banani lake and connecting bridge. only Cons that can be mentioned that the master bedroom could use a door and TVS could be upgraded to smart ones. Well if you have dongle to connect its not a problem. The staff were all well trained, speaks english and service was A1. Made the stay a very memorable one for a short in-city vacation. The rooftop comes with swimming pool, sauna and steam room which we used and swam. Hotel is situated is upscale Gulshan diplomatic area and close to most popular restaurants and shops in the area. Service staff is worth mentioning again. . Ran in the General Manager, Mr. Ankur at the elevator he too was hospitable. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmudul Shuvo for the upgrade and the effort he took to make the stay a superb one.

This hotel is in city center which is best for location, large Central Park , university , hospital all are around it, international standard breakfast was amazing. Resturent has variety of food at dinner buffet, living conform with large room. Bathtub was fantastic. Reception and housekeeping personnel was carrying. I live to live there again.

We visited the hotel twice as we ventured out to discover Bangladesh over the period of a month. Rural Bangladesh offered few hotels of the standard offered by Sky City. The hotel is located in an area where there are no other hotels of their. standard. The hotel was a welcome retreat after exploring Dhaka and the surrounding area. On each occasion the standard of room maintenance was high while overall the staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very good, the price is not high, the breakfast is very good, the location is also very good, and it is very quiet at night. I booked a hotel in Uttara and I couldn't sleep at night, so I moved here temporarily. It's great. Yes, the only bad thing is that my room has no window.
