Stayed as a couple late September. Good location near the drum tower. Climb the stairs for a good workout; you can climb right to the top of the drum tower for a great view. Bus #12 stops right outside the hotel, first stop after turning right from the main street. The street it's on is reasonably busy, but quitens down at night. Check in was straight forward, including the travel form of where you came from, going to next and what you are doing in Deyang. Hotel kept fairly clean, considering it's an older hotel where not everything is pristine. Room contains slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, etc. Not much in the way of amenities; a foyer, a lift, a room. A Chinese breakfast is included in the price, and it seems a lunch and a dinner. I had the basic breakfast. I advise you to check the rooms first; the ones near the lift are a bit noisy, but some rooms absolutely reek of cigarettes and other odours. All in all, a good value hotel; we would stay again

The location of this hotel is pretty good, there are many delicious foods around and it is also very convenient to travel. I said why I have to wait for cleaning now. The hotel shows that I will check in after 2 o'clock. I can't check in immediately after 4 o'clock. The front desk said that the last member checked out at 3 o'clock. So sit in the lobby and wait. During the period, I asked several times, still cleaning, waiting. After the last question, the front desk said that the room was cleaned, re-swiped the ID card, and said the phone number again, and finally checked in to the room in the afternoon 4.35. Service: I have never seen such a bad service attitude at the front desk. It was a young lady wearing glasses and short hair! The whole process of checking in and getting a parking ticket was a very poor experience. 1. I checked in first and asked for two room cards. I was told that I needed two ID cards to get two room cards (I have never heard this requirement in other hotels). Doesn't she know how to communicate with others? She should be polite at least). In summary, the entire stay experience is very bad. Please ask the hotel to strengthen the development of front desk business capabilities.
