真的越來越不懂服務行業了 前台馬起個臉請問要幹啥子？9號下午入住的房間挨着電梯邊 因為睡眠質量不是很好 看到房間就下去表示想換間房 披着頭髮那個前台馬起臉不耐煩的説那間房是特價房 換不了 滿房了 （ps:訂的時候事先並不知道是特價房 因為跟其他房間相差沒多少 ）學校答辯人多滿房 你好好説也不是不能理解 但是你甩起個臉子給誰看？這麼不耐煩出來幹啥子前台直接在家當大爺不就好了？説了兩三遍特價房 特價房怎麼了？特價房就沒掏錢嗎 ？（兩天三百五十多不是錢？就應該花錢看你臉色嗎？我還以為免費住的您家的“特價房”呢！）房間卡花灑的卡扣也是壞的 不愧是“特價房”！第一次住酒店給差評 真的狠狠避雷了！

酒店位置確實好在兩個學校中間，去學校很方便但是酒店衞生確實做的不好，還有就是燈的開關都爛的一摸就掉了 被子很薄這個天氣晚上睡起冷

原本看着環境不錯第二次預訂，結果這次門框掉落，酒店非説是我們扯壞的，説沒有外力因素不可能掉，我是吃飽了撐的沒事扯門框嗎？從發現門框掉落後就打電話到前台，前台在整個售中售後的服務當中態度很差，當晚説了沒有外力因素門框不可能掉內涵是我們扯壞的，當晚也沒有給我們更換房間沒有任何售後意識，找人過來看了下門，把門框扔我們房間裏就走了，説如果後續維修師傅過來看了是我們的過錯，按金不會退。首先誰會沒事兒去扯門框玩？其次，如果這個門框真的是我們扯壞的，在門鎖和門框連接處應該是鬆動的。第二天下午退了按金之後還要打電話態度極差説，房間已經修好了，這次就不讓你們賠償了。酒店設施存在安全隱患，還硬要把鍋扣到客人身上。

酒店的房間面積很大，門口可以停車，旁邊就是學校，離高速較近，位置還是很方便。尷尬的是入住要收按金，但房間裏面並沒有什麼值得消費的東西，現在很多酒店都沒有收按金了，這家酒店很意外；看裝修啥的是如家酒店改的，但是晚上的熱水不熱，放了半天還是温水，外賣也不可以上樓，下樓取外賣順帶反饋沒有辦法解決，衹告訴酒店的熱水就是這樣，很無奈
