這是我第一次到德陽，酒店在市區，是以年畫為主題的四星級酒店。門口就是主幹道，但是酒店鬧中取靜。停車場🅿️非常大，停車方便。設施也很齊備，房間很大，衞生間和浴室是單獨的，空間都很大，非常不錯。前台小姐姐如果能再熱情一丟丟就更完美了，整體感覺非常不錯，值得推薦。

服務：從來沒有見過服務態度那麼差的前台，是一個戴眼鏡短頭髮的小姐姐！整個辦理入住和要停車票的過程體驗感非常之差。
1、本人先去入住，索要兩張房卡，被告知要兩張身份證才能拿兩張房卡（在別的酒店從未聽過這種要求），後來朋友來了拿她身份證辦理入住，這位前台根本未仔細看，以為我又拿我的身份證再來登記，直接把我朋友身份證往前台一甩（態度十分傲慢），來了句“不能用同一張身份證”，我跟我朋友一臉懵逼。2、當天晚上從酒店開車出去（八點多點的樣子），我去索要停車票，這位前台依舊態度傲慢，問“現在要出門？”（我請問我不出門我問你要停車票幹啥？），在得到肯定答案後她又來了句“微信掃一掃打開準備好”（？她是不懂怎麼跟人交流嗎，起碼的禮貌也是該有的吧）。
總結來説整個入住體驗非常糟糕，請酒店加強前台業務能力的培養吧。
