第一次來德陽市，時間雖短但收穫遠超預期。酒店設施齊全，服務體貼周到。迎賓熱情介紹了這座城市，言語間能感受到他對自己這座城市的熱愛和自豪。希望有機會再來。

設施：房間還算大，設施中規中矩，有些年代了，淋浴水籠頭搬動不算太靈活，水温穩定性不算太好，沐浴用品品牌一般，種類上沒有潤膚露。電視插接不太好。有冰箱，保險櫃，辦公文具等，温馨。
服務：入駐時送了小零食，晚上送了水果和飲料，工程人員上門服務速度快，很快調整齣電視信號。
環境：夜景美，離文廟，石刻公園近，步行可達。

在德陽全是比較好的酒店，除了房間剛進去有點估計是地毯的味道外，其他設施都還好的，還有個陽台，可以看到江景，入住的時候前台讓在登記單上寫了車牌號，説是錄取系統，想想真方便，但第二天退房離店照樣顯示收費，估計是忘了錄了，還好門口有人，瞭解情況後放行，沒有耽擱。

非常差的體驗，慎選！退房當天被關在電梯裏10分鐘，摁警報溝通後，各個部門訊息不互通，處理很混亂，事後聽到最多的是“電梯從沒出過問題”推脱責任，沒有道歉和關心，更沒有主動提出解決方案，要求退房費的答覆是需要取消攜程訂單，直到打12345後才道歉了一下，攜程訂單已入住並不能取消，因此最終衹能認栽。

小朋友非常開心，進門就各種玩。晚上都不捨得睡覺，最後説明天起來再玩才答應睡覺。除了服務太好，幫忙提前開了空調。進房間的時候太熱了。
