Deyang Castle Hotel

I haven't slept yet, I was so tired that I wanted to sleep a long time ago, so I started chatting next door, and opened the door several times with loud noises. Just after I beat the mosquitoes, I heard the thunderous snoring next door, as if I could hear it from sleeping with me from this distance. The soundproofing is a joke. I decisively asked for a refund for another day, but they refused to refund me and called the mayor's consumer hotline. It was disgusting. After going to the toilet, I looked up and saw that there was a mosquito on the wall. It was covered in mosquitoes even before I fell asleep. Really convinced

一進房門，一股淡淡的清香撲鼻而來，房間乾淨整潔，復古美式風情，歐洲古典味兒十足，特別是大廳的音樂搭配古典特色裝飾，特別有情調，這是我喜歡的酒店，下次再來住。前台倩倩服務不錯，酒店很漂亮，適合拍照打卡。

酒店的管理不是很好。 1、 任何人都可以隨意進入，一樓既是大堂也是客房。所以比較吵鬧。 2、晚上七點到九點有民謠音樂會，但是定位為古堡酒店的話，晚上唱民謠有點文不對題的感覺，可能安排成鋼琴演奏更好吧。 3、晚上十一點以後任然還是有客人在大廳吵鬧，因為酒店大堂就在客房中間，所以基本上沒有隔音可言的。 4、有房間很雞肋，關了全房間裏面的燈，但是外面大堂的燈還是會透過窗户照進去，對於光敏感的人非常不友好。 5、早餐八點半去吃，煮麪的攤就已經收了，衹能吃現有的。 6、訂房送的下午茶，要走到下面湖邊上才可以享用，上面工作人員要先幫忙預約才可以去。關鍵是下去也沒有享用到，我們走下去報了房號，工作人員讓在旁邊找位置等一下，一等就是四十分鐘，全程無人問津，最後我們走了。然後上去大堂反應了一下，但是並沒有然後。 但是周邊環境是真的不錯，希望酒店可以加強管理，讓客人有更好的體驗感。
