出差註冊酒店，晚上下班後十一點左右到店裡，登記好去房間發現床上有多根頭髮，聯繫值班的前台一對老年人，看着床上的頭髮告訴我床單都是換過的，然後換了一個房間，一開門床上又有頭髮，我講要不你把我定的房間床單被罩全部換了吧，老年人告訴我他們是打工的，他們歲數大了，也不容易，最後衹給換了床單，被罩枕套都不給換，衞生間包括床邊全是長頭髮。
