房間環境不錯，早餐比較豐富。客服人員服務不熟練。還有就是價格，白天看是280，到晚上再看就是180了。。坑人也沒必要這樣吧。建議大家都在晚上七點後再定。。。

新開的一家賓館，鳳凰湖腳下，停車方便，環境上乘。早餐豐富，中西兼顧，口味好，尤其豆豉辣椒，下稀飯的神器，很有德興特色。讓人意外的是還有游泳館，早9點半到晚9點半開放，過了一把癮。是德興性價比最高的酒店了。

設施：馬桶是自動的不錯衞生：馬桶有一些異味，可以好好處理一下環境：周邊環境挺好的，就在鳳凰湖那裡服務：晚上到的比較晚，服務還是不錯的
