看到是九月才開的比較新就定了這家，但是可能就是因為新，所以好像試營業狀態？用房間內電話聯繫不上前台或者客服服務（都是無人接聽）甚至有時候用手機打前台都無人接聽😂不過面對面時服務態度挺好的，早餐也不錯。衹是負責房間衞生的服務員嘛…有點小懶，我連住了三天，淋浴間的地漏一直沒清理打掃😂😂位置不錯，邊上就是鳳凰湖，可以看見美麗的聚遠樓！

前台服務熱情，客房舒適安靜，床上用品全棉特別乾淨，有潤膚乳和護髮素屬於高檔型酒店，衞浴乾濕三分離，餐廳環境好、囗味佳，服務好，停車場大停車十分方便，就在鳳凰湖景區大門旁，自駕首選，值得推薦，贊！

這一路最美的酒店，進門前台熱情招待，還有茶葉各種，餐廳更是多種選擇，客房也貼心到位第一次見好幾瓶水雖然用不了但感覺很好！晚上還有好景色！

生態環境，空氣清晰，旁邊有大水庫，山水相連，鐵人三項比賽地，停車方便！唯一落後就是入住要按金！

酒店猛然看不錯，細節有點粗糙。國慶才開業不知道為什麼衞生間邊邊角角的膠爛得像很多年修修補補似的，房間開空調製熱的話，有一些味道。
早餐數量不算多，口味挺適合湖南人，大部分都還挺好吃。説説缺點，吃到一個鋼絲球的鋼絲，地面有水，小朋友摔了一跤，我也差點摔跤。
鑒於這個價格，跟一二線城市比，自駕途中過渡一夜還是很有性價比的。
