房間有蟑螂！五樓的房間有蟑螂，一開始上來就處理説換房，説這種東西無法避免的，現在抓了打死更噁心。我人麻了，然後半夜十一點，我跟我老婆兩人等了四五十分鐘，前台才把房卡處理好，等換到另一個房間。另一個房間的椅子上還有不知道什麼水。然後酒店説衹能提出給我退房，但我不同意，我説損害了我的住房體驗，還浪費了我的時間，然後提出希望免掉本次房費，前台説他沒有權限，説第二天早上會通知我怎麼處理，結果等到第二天早上十點鐘要走也沒有人聯繫我。態度差，服務差，環境差，遇到問題沒有及時的給我解決！

一直以來都喜歡漢庭！之前德興都沒有漢庭，這家是去年新開的！房間很新，很亮，衞生很乾凈！前台美女真熱情，漢庭的前台設計很合理，拉進了和客人的距離，比那些大酒店好多了！買了餐券去吃早餐，今天元宵還有湯圓，很驚喜啊！停車場超級大的！方便的很！總之非常滿意！下次來德興一定還住這！[玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]

首先房間很不錯，前台服務很好，停車後面有一個超大的停車場，估計100輛車都可以停下，後面還有很多小孩子玩的東西！房間是新裝修的，房間挺乾淨的，採光不錯，酒店位於南門新區橋頭這裏，去市政府和寶龍都很近，春節期間去市區買衣服還得走路去方便，選的河景房，視野很好的！另外説下早餐，品種還可以，漢庭特色吧！不過現場包的混沌還是很好的！整體非常滿意！

酒店新裝修，衞生乾淨，設施齊全，後面有比較大的停車場，帶充電樁，對新能源汽車很友好，樓下旁邊🈶️大排檔，人很多，酒店服務人員都很熱情，推薦，後面有機會會繼續選擇，全5分好評

這個房間給爸媽訂的，也沒有照片，評價一樣，複製一下🌝 衞生很好，一進門就覺得很乾凈，然後前台服務也很熱情，有免費停車場、洗衣房。唯一不足就是隔音差，不過晚上大家都睡覺了也沒影響，早上會有點影響，可能7點多就有聲音了。哦，突然想到一點，吃飯的地方有點小，有可能沒位置，第一天我站着吃了一碗麪
