Big spacious room and close to city centre so ideal for shopping. Sainsbury's car park next door which you can register when you get into the hotel. Nice quiet rooms. A little dated but adequate for a night's sleep. Would stay again

The Village restaurant in Barbican it’s excellent food , service .
All pubs extremely friendly , good atmosphere .
The Royal Willam’s Yard excellent restaurant and shops and Cinema also wine test ❤️👍🏻🍷wine shops amazing .

Lovely staff on check inn room clean Comfy although very poor sleep do being woken up 5 or 6 times by a loud whining sound coming from bathroom maybe caused by piped not sure I did message property this morning but yet to hear back location also spot on and maybe I was unfortunate not to get good sleep

Staff were really friendly and attentive. The room is a bit dated though but is fine for a short stay. Doesn’t have a lot of amenities though.

Nice stay again. The staff here are so helpful. The rooms are a bit dated. I booked a club room but there was a muddle and there were none available so they gave me a better room with a panoramic view of the town.

Located at the ‘top’ of the city’s pedestrian avenue All local shops,restaurants, railway station within easy walking distance.
Hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities tea, coffee, hair dryer, ironing board, TV, telephone, combination safe for valuables and good seating. USB ports and power points.
House keeping is very efficient both for rooms and the hotel services are excellent
The restaurant offers a wide and varied menu for all meals Pricing is competitive and quality is high
