Great hotel, in a fab location - close to the centre, close to our friends house. Good breakfast. The bed was quite hard, so uncomfortable for me, as I have spinal problems, but otherwise the room was fine.

Just a bit unexpected about free car parking. We thought that every Leonardo should has free car park but this one it’s not fully free it depends if we can park between 10 pm to 8 am other day

Lovely hotel, staff were helpful & friendly.
Let down by very noisy guests next door, raised this to management, but still disrupted through the night.

Close to Exeter city centre. Nice clean and spacious room. Comfy bed. Free left luggage service. Great in general.
