Old and tired It is in a prime location for traveling. I expected the same standards kept by many Holiday Express' I've stayed in previously. I was disappointed with this one. It needs some repairs. I noticed and stained carpets inbthe hallways. Stained carpet in my room.the walls in my room had paint primer on a seam on the ceiling and the drywall tape was coming off. The bathroom door had visible wear at the bottom and exposing bare wood. The furnishings all had visible signs of extreme wear. The sofa was so old that when anyone sat in it, it felt like you were nearly sitting on the floor. One good thing, the beds were comfy. I dont recommend staying at this hotel. It would be such a great place to stay if it was properly maintained

Not Good unclean, torn carpets, poor condition, only changed towels…room was dirty from previous…breakfast was awful…potatoes, bacon, no eggs…for the brand name and money, I would go elsewhere…same hotel and chain: Holiday Inn Express Minot is WAY BETTEr

GROSS! Disgusting hotel. For a Holiday Inn this was terrible. When we first arrived we were given a room that was not cleaned from the previous guest. While waiting for our new room I overhead two other guests complaining about the price and things not working. When we got in the elevator only one light was working so it was very dark. Our whole floor wreaked of puke for our entire 3 day stay. The new “cleaned” room was so gross. Black mold all over the bathroom, hair, dust, etc covered every surface. It was like you didn’t want it to touch anything because it was so dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Best of an unfortunate situation. The desk clerk did her best in a bad situation. When we arrived we were informed their washing machine was on the fritz so they were putting us up in the neighboring hotel. It was no problem for us and was very nice accommodations. I did call and was told I would still receive my IHG points!
