Rooms are acceptable, part of the hotel is used as shelter for migrants and there are better towns to then deventer

It was past 10pm, and I was sleeping when a man suddenly swiped his card in!
I was so scared that I called the front desk immediately. The front desk said sorry and that was it.
During this period, the Ctrip staff negotiated with the other party and gave me a suite upgrade or a few free coffee drinks tomorrow morning. The room rate included breakfast. Why did I drink so much coffee drinks?
I slept until midnight and my luggage was not packed. They asked me to go downstairs to get the room card and change the room by myself? Is this to torture me or what?
I will write an email to complain about the hotel's irresponsible behavior and its disregard for customer safety!

The Holiday Inn Express hotel is located on the A1 next to the all you can eat world restaurant. Nice rooms, with all the basic facilities you need. Windows cannot be opened.
The breakfast is not very extensive in terms of bread types and toppings. No salad, fruit, but fine if you don't need luxury.
Enough parking space with charging stations for the car.
