The hotel is in an excellent location, restaurant/bar is good with outside seating available, really nice when the sun is out! Rooms are quite basic but clean, but it's the staff that really make this place. Really friendly and helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Parking is probably the biggest disadvantage of this hotel. You need to find a parking spot somewhere within the town and then walk to this centrally located hotel. Good luck in finding a parking machine that actually works and then having to play time roulette to see if you avoid a parking fine! The hotel is very basic but very friendly. Very basic rooms but ideal for a centrally-located hotel. Only stopped here for the one night so that I could visit the nearby museum Bevrijdende Vleugels (the Liberation museum) as I drove around Northern Europe.

Neat hotel in the center of Helmond. Nice and thoughtful staff, our room was narrow, bathroom simple but neat and clean. Did not use breakfast (looked a bit simple compared to Bakker Bart on the other side of the hotel). Beds fine Fine for a night at a reasonable price

pan of mussels and fries. Nicely baked. Nice entourage / service. Bavaria wheat beer or the like. You could sit quietly in front of the large window. A little dark. Fine Tasty mustard sauce and fries. Nothing beats the real sour/yellow mussel sauce, but this one was good too.
