The furniture was badly scratched and damaged. The carpet was nearly worn out. The desk chair fabric was worn, and even the trashcans were rusted inside. Overall, the room needed to be remodeled. My room was cleaned once after the first day of a five-day stay. The cleaning staff didn't come until 2:30-3 pm on days three and four. I attended training classes and events between 9 am and 2 pm. I will probably not book a room at a Wyndham Hotel again. I should have taken photos.

They charged my card an additional 300$ for NO REASON…like literally for no reason no one could provide me a reason nor receipt the front desk people were far from professional and the room honestly wasn’t much to look at PLUS THEIR BBQ CHICKEN FLATBREAD PIZZA GAVE ME FOOD POISONING 🤢

The location is in the city center, and the room can see Canada on the other side. The decoration is dilapidated, the sanitation is not very good, the double bed room feels that the bed is too soft, and there is no shower gel on the first night, but there is no waiter who can bring it, so we have to go to the front desk to get it. Breakfast is 14 knives plus tax and tip, which is not bad and the price is cheap

Centrally located on the southern edge of downtown. Close to Ambassador bridge and tunnel.
Valent/Parking service needs work and is a bit overpriced. Staff was great.

Overall great experience. No problems. Best stay for any event at Huntington Center. One minute walk and youre there. Friendly staff. Great bar food and breakfast in morning. Recommended.

The staff were amazing and so helpful with any questions I had! They actually cared for your needs and wanted to help with anything. Didn’t make me feel as I was a burden for asking so many questions like other hotels had made me feel in the past. I highly recommend! The area is also really convent with anyplace you might want to go, shopping, a sports game ( we went to a redwings game), hockey town. It’s all with in walking distance! We had a very good experience while here will definitely book a room when we come back to visit!
