We really enjoyed our 5 night stay, so extended another 2 nights. The serenity of the sea views were breath taking. You get these stunning views from every room. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Once I got there, I didn't care to go anywhere else. Beaches, bushwalks and Paihia central were near. Jo and Marcel were very helpful, friendly and accommodated to all our needs. Our stay was such a great value, we will be coming back.

Stayed here four nights. The view is to die for as is the veranda we had. The apartment was so light with windows onto the bay. The bed was very comfy. The apartment has been well used and is dated but it had everything we needed for cooking and was clean. WiFi was also great. There is a bit of road noise but the view is the compensation. We would definitely stay here again. Sasha was also cheerful and very helpful in advising us about road closures because of the storm.

Probably our 8th stay and now back following our last review of the 6 March 2020, just before the world Lost the Plot. An absolutely beautiful location, set up high looking over the Bay of Islands. Your unpretentious but adequate and fully equipped cabin with viewing deck meets all your needs. Right down to egg cups and the green tea which even the most expensive venues don't provide. Communal bbq or grab a takeaway. Why go further? Only a 40 minute walk into town. Incredibly good value. All the better for your absolutely delightful and engaging management team. 🇬🇧🇳🇿

The most welcoming and warm hosts! This accommodation is stunning with beautiful views! The rooms are clean and well looked after. The deck areas on each cabin are a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beach views. We loved our stay and will definitely be back

Awesome spot with an amazing view. Very friendly staff. The cabin was a little dated but extremely comfortable. This just added to the level of relaxation. It’s private and in a beautiful setting with Tui just outside the door. Loved it and will return.
