Kia Orana Toni and Team Dave and I wanted to send you a huge thank you for making the first week of our holiday so absolutely fabulous. To begin with from the moment we stepped off the plane and John was waiting for us with a huge, hilarious welcome we knew we should have stayed longer. The welcome from yourself as we entered our amazing villa, with your totally relaxed demeanour when we were stressing about our banking issue we are so thankful. Our Villa was totally special and all the small touches that you were be able arrange for us were perfect, with the beer and cool drink in the fridge, the basket of goodies and ofcourse the bookings you made for us were fantastic, thank you. Your housekeeping staff were also so friendly, and our room was always perfectly clean. And also the lovely breakfast. The whole stay was perfect, and we thank you so much🌺🌺🌺

From the minute we were greeted at the airport for our transfer … to the moment we left, we absolutely loved our stay at Rumours Resort at Muri Beach. Toni was incredibly helpful. The Villa was excellent … the location is superb … can not recommend this resort more highly.

What a beautiful vila! We so enjoyed our stay here. We just wished the weather had been better. We did a lot of walking and taking in the breathtaking views. The water was so beautiful and refreshing! A big shout out to Danielle and Toni, they were so wonderful and welcoming! See y’all again some

Beautiful facilities and close to Muri beach. Staff very friendly. Stunning outlook but quite windy although very warm. The pool and spa in a quiet and sheltered location. Would definitely return.

Simply excellant. We stayed Reflections Villas as a family of four. Beachfront access plus pool at the rear. Wonderful for snorkelling in the lagoon or hoping in a kayak for a paddle, or just lolling about in the crystal clear, warm water. Villa is luxury with very comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom and kitchen has all the basic ammenities. Villa is cleaned everyday, fresh towels and sheets. Breakfast brought daily also, nepresso machine for good coffee. The Spa place is outstanding and highly recommended. The massages and other treatments are quite simply the very best and an absolute highlight of our stay. Plus is you stay, there is a 20 percent discount. Staying at Rumours was fantastic, we loved it and would definitely stay again. This place absolutely delivers on what it says it will do, and then some.

Always a winner. Tranquil surrounding, relaxing pampering, beautiful tropical fragrances. Really enjoy the bubbles (or orange juice or tea) to enjoy after a treatment. I can never go past the hot stone massage. There’s a couple/duo massage room and their indoor/outdoor vichi shower. It’s all amazing! Worth every cent

A belated review, we had the pleasure of staying in one of the beachfront villas at the main complex for 7 nights in late June early July this year. Family of 4, we were astounding by the exceptional customer service from Tara with our reservation process through to John who collected us form the airport and back, who was an absolute gem and such a happy person to be around, through to the wonderful Toni at Reception who went out of her way each day to check in with us and assist us with any question we had, and the lovely ladies who serviced our villa. We stayed in the Beachfront Villa 4 at the end, very quiet and private and beautiful beachfront location with gorgeous sand and outlook to the lagoon. The Villa was beautiful and spacious, and fitted with many amenities and additional inclusions that were above an beyond. We were graciously upgraded to this villa which has a spa. Yes, the sun does not come over the beach side so you will only get limited sun in the morning over the front deck, but you have the back deck with sun lounges, pool to catch the afternoon sun. Even though it was winter the pool was used daily and was warm for us Australians. A dip in the spa in the late afternoon evening was god send. The beach lagoon temperature was perfect for us, I guess we Melbournian's consider the water temperature warm and perfect for swimming. Best spots for swimming were near the small islands in Muri or at front of the Pacific Resort. Crystal clear water. Plenty of other beautiful spots to swim around the other side of island as well - near the Rarotongan. Back to our villa, air-conditioning in both bedrooms (although we had issues with both during our stay - with one bedroom not working at all), we managed and were able to have the fans on in the main living areas - we had an electrical issue with these on a few occasions as well, but the staff were on hand each day to check and to their best to resolve the issue. Beautiful comfortable beds, with mosquito nets (interestingly only once did I have the net around the bed), most other days/nights it wasn't a problem. Not many mosquitoes here at the villa although they seemed to get my son wherever he ventured out in evening. Not a big issue. Bathrooms well stocked and spacious. Large sized beds. Living area looking out to lagoon was gorgeous, large and very comfortable. Enjoyed watching a few movies in the evening and had ample access to Wi-Fi - special promos on at the time as well so with a family of 4 with 2 kids studying and husband working, we managed very well with only a few vouchers for the week long stay. Thankyou to the team for the complimentary starter pack and the complimentary additional Wi-Fi for a few days extra. Coverage was great - but unfortunately my daughter just couldn't get on for those Taylor Swift concert tickets! We had the very good fortune of staying not once but twice at Rumours on our recent Cook Islands holiday. We stayed in a villa with a pool and very private garden and a path to the beach on our first visit, and in a beach front villa that looked directly over the sand to the water, also with a private pool and hot tub, on our second visit. Each villa was extremely spacious and comfortable, quiet and private, and beautifully furnished. In each villa we had a deck with chairs and table in the front, and a garden area with the pool and BBQ at the rear. The kitchen had everything that might be needed to stay in and cook at home. Coffee and both a plunger and coffee maker, and tea, were available. The bathrooms were exceptional, as if showering in a tropical garden yet completely private. A bountiful breakfast - excellent fruit and juice, cereal, yoghurt, several kinds of bread and jam - was delivered to our room at the time we arranged each morning. Our accommodation on each occasion included a big basket of snacks and wine and beer in the frig. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. Toni in the office was very welcoming and had lots of tips about the area and things to do - and she booked a couple of restaurants for us; and John was engaging, friendly and cheerful driving us to and from our flights, including one early morning departure. Other staff that we encountered were all pleasant and helpful. Rumours is well situated - it is about a 20 minute drive from the airport, and there are a supermarket and a couple of food outlets across the street. Several restaurants, cafes and bars, and the night markets, are within easy walking distance, as are various attractions like the chocolate farm and local museum, and Rumours’ spa of course. Can’t wait til we can go back!

Wow what an absolutely amazing awesome spa experience. I went twice during my stay on Rarotonga. I’ve had the body scrubs, the body mask and the Vichy shower massage given by Mona and it was absolute bliss. Highly recommend especially if your looking for a different spa experience highly recommend.
