4.2/5Very GoodThe facilities were excellent when I was there. Reception staff were not welcoming a bit frustrating where I had to debate about my booking to have a room for 2 which they denied at first but agreed after several times debating about my booking! Service was ok. I have mixed feelings about this hotel in terms of services and assistance/support from staff, especially those at reception who are key to customer's impressions and satisfaction!

3.2/5Checked in at 19:00 however it still took more than 30 mins for waiting and checkin process (maybe it is about the Fiji time) but staff was very kind and welcome us with smile. In room air circulation isn’t ideal so it didn’t smell normal when we entered the room and in room amenity was standard and okay for just a one night stay. With different small bugs in the room btw.

4.5/5ExcellentHotel staff was very helpful. Rooftop pool and bar was excellent. Room was good only drawback was WIFI was working intermittently.
