Das Einchecken verlief problemlos. Falls, wie bei uns, die Rezeption unbesetzt ist kann man diese ganz einfach per Telefon erreichen. Nach 10 Minuten stand uns ein sehr freundliche ältere Herr mit seinem Hund Mokka zur Verfügung. Das große Zimmer im Bauhausstil war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Das WLAN funktioniert 1a und das Doppelbett war sehr angenehm. Leider gibt es keine kleinen Kühlschränke auf den Zimmern, bei Temperaturen überhalb der 30 Grad wäre dies von Vorteil. Dafür gibt es aber eine Etage höher eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühl- und Kochmöglichkeiten. Dafür fand ich den vorinstallierten Tablet Computer ausgezeichnet. Damit konnte man sich viele Informationen über Dessau heraus suchen. Dafür sind die Badezimmer definitiv zu klein und die Lüfter direkt an den Lichtschalter anzuschließen ist auch nicht von Vorteil. Ein ganz großer Vorteil ist das leckere Frühstück. Dort gibt es für jeden Geschmack etwas. Falls etwas fehlt, der freundliche ältere Herr füllt es sofort nach. Einige wenige Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor Ort, man kann aber auch für 8€ pro Nacht in der Tiefgarage parken. Anosnten läuft man zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle keine 3 Minuten.

Wir hatten ein überdurchschnittlich großes, frisch renoviertes Zimmer mit Couch, Tisch, 2 Stühlen, Schreibbplatz und Flachbildschirm. Ein installierter Tablet Computer hilft bei der Orientierung in Dessau. Es gibt keinen Minibarkühlschrank, das Bad ist klein aber funktional. Designelemente in Anlehnung an den Bauhaus Stil machen das nüchterne Ambiente aus. Der Check-in ist dank online Gästeregistrierung schnell und einfach, nette Menschen empfangen einen trotzdem. Mit Glück findet man einen zeitlich nicht limitierten Parkplatz vor der Tür. Das gute Frühstück komplettiert den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Eine Pension mit Hotelqualitäten.
