I just came back home from a five-day stay at this hotel in Desio. I've been here quite often. Nothing to complain about the room and cleanliness, some annoyance from other guests because they were talking loudly and slamming doors, but I certainly didn't expect a soundproofed room in a two-star hotel. What I wanted to emphasize is something else. In the information folder you can find in the room (emergency telephone numbers, restaurant facilities) there is no mention of any internal rules or terms and conditions, which were then flagged to me. On April 25th I planned a picnic, so, after breakfast, I went to the morning buffet counter and took a slice of cake to take with me. The concierge complained saying "nothing can be consumed in the room". I didn't mean to eat it in the room, and I am not criticizing the hotel policy but the failure to make such a weird hotel rule clear anywhere in the room. I was about to sit down at the table to eat that slice of cake but the same person told me that I had already done the damage so I should go. It was the most humiliating experience of my life. After paying 505 euros for 5 nights, they treat you like this. (Obviously I threw away the slice) Not even at the Marriot in London or the Batignolles in Paris are they so strict. I have seen guests bring parts of their breakfast to their room. Anyway never again Hotel Giardino. Unfortunately I had already booked for May, luckily only two days, but for the week of June, I'll choose Airbnb.

Do 3 stelle per la cordialità e disponibilità dei ragazzi alla reception. L'albergo è vicinissimo alla stazione e per chi,come noi, ha camminato un'intera giornata e si è spostata in treno è stato il top. Ma ahimè non è stato carino trovare la carta igienica già aperta e consumata da altre persone,la polvere sul termosifone che ha sporcato le tovaglie, l'umidità sul tetto e AHIMÈ UNA CARTA DI PRESERVATIVO SOTTO LA TENDA NON NOSTRA.Che per vergogna e per evitare di essere incolpati abbiamo con attenzione e dovute precauzioni raccolto e buttato. Sarà stata una casualità.Capisco sia 2 stelle ma quantomeno il minimo. La signora delle pulizie iniziava a passare l'aspirapolvere alle 7.30 e non è stato fantastico sentirla. Tutto sommato non è malissimo. Consiglio una pulizia più approfondita una tantum.

Non amo fare recensioni, ma questo "albergo" se l'è chiamata ! Sono stato in questo posto nell'occasione del salone del mobile di Milano e le vicessitudini sono iniziate addirittura prima della permanenza! Il personale durante la prenotazione telefonica, con il massimo della professionalità e discrezione XD, voleva sapere cosa dovessimo fare (furbata per modificare le tariffe) non rendendosi conto che il prezzo di una struttura alberghiera varia prevalentemente in funzione al servizio che offre oltre che al periodo. La camera fin dal primo giorno l'abbiamo trovata molto sporca e piena di carpia per terra, sul termosifone e sui rivestimenti! Poi entro in bagno e mi rendo conto che manca il bidet, ma va bene anche questo ! Poi mi siedo sul letto e sprofondo del tutto, mi chino un attimo e mi rendo conto che sotto i letti mancano addirittura delle doghe che ovviamente mi hanno fatto passare nottate pessime. Colazione di scarsissima qualità, si lesina addirittura sull'acqua. Veramente il peggior albergo, se albergo lo si vuol chiamare, in cui ho alloggiato. Insomma una camera tripla, sporca e malandata, per 3 notti l'abbiamo pagata 700€ suonati (prezzo sproporzionato rispetto al servizio che offre). Chi lo gestisce farebbe bene a cambiare mestiere. Fate un favore alla collettività, chiudete... Prima che qualcuno vi denunci all'autorità sanitaria !

Hotel molto datato, camere discrete ma bagno con sanitari arruginiti. Ho chiesto una matrimoniale e visto che non era disponibile, ho pagato per una tripla (prezzo di un 3 stelle superiore) e mi sono ritrovata 3 lettini singoli! Bagno pieno di capelli.... La camera singola per mia suocera era composta da un letto tipo pieghevole, veramente scomodo. ho preso la colazione e onestamente ci stava, nulla di che ma per un 2 stelle va bene. Il prezzo delle camere, per come sono, è veramente esagerato! La prossima volta... mi affido a qualcosa di meglio. Delusa.

Trattasi di un hotel 2 stelle ben ubicato in zona abbastanza centrale della città di Desio. Appare evidente che non ci sia da aspettarsi grandi cose, ma la struttura gode di un parcheggino interno, le camere sono abbastanza pulite e dotate di servizi quantunque non minimamente insonorizzate. Colazione discreta. Prezzi esagerati ma indubbiamente il mercato glielo consente.

Il primo consiglio è arrivare all’orario di check in concordato e non prima, in caso di anticipo (come nel mio caso) dovrete aspettare fuori dal cancello l’arrivo di qualche buon samaritano, o attendere un po’ di tempo prima che qualcuno vi comunichi il codice di apertura del cancello e vi consenta di entrare nella struttura. La mia camera era tutto sommato nella norma, probabilmente il poco di necessario per un due stelle. Tuttavia la persona che aveva la camera affianco, l’ho sentita lamentarsi di una camera particolarmente sporca. La grande delusione, che mi ha fatto andare via con l’amaro in bocca è stato lo strettissimo orario di chiusura della colazione (ore 9.30) Tralasciando il fatto che non è ammissibile di domenica un orario così prestivo di chiusura, il mio arrivo alla colazione (ore 9.40 circa) è stato seguito da un neanche troppo dispiaciuto “mi dispiace, la colazione era fino alle 9.30😇”.

Albergo Giardino un'ottima accoglienza alla reception, hotel onesto ma estremamente pulito, camera e bagno in ordine forse da rinnovare l'arredamento datato, prezzo a notte estremamente modico e conveniente incluso il parcheggio auto interno. A pochi passi dal hotel un simpatico ristorantino con cucina tipica campana dove con 20€ si cena bene dalla pizza a un piatto di spaghetti con i frutti di mare.
