"The 2 bedroom suite was humongous with nice marble flooring in living room and bathrooms. Families staying would want to take note that there is only 1 shower room and the other bathroom is a powder room. Housekeeping is daily, and bathroom slippers were exceptionally luxurious. Many good TV channels are available and smart remote for curtains. Service Butler service via wechat group chat was a bonus. They helped give tips on where to go and how to purchase the tickets to Jade Dragon Mountain. Extremely responsive in rendering help from replenishing bottled water to housekeeping. Location For travellers taking train, this is just across Lijiang High Speed Train Station Breakfast Buffet style with nice noodles and variety."

"I had the pleasure of staying at the Deting Dianchali Tea Culture Hotel. I was deeply impressed by the hotel's deeply ingrained tea culture, a unique feature not found in many other hotels I've stayed in before. Tea culture is a form of self-cultivation, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The room was furnished with meticulous attention to detail—not only clean but also well-planned. My room was quiet and comfortable, and I slept exceptionally well that night. We often say that details determine success, and this is reflected in the hotel's staff's service. From the front desk to the restaurant, every staff member greeted us with a smile and polite words, making us feel right at home. I've already booked a trip to Lugu Lake, otherwise I'd really like to stay two more days. I'll definitely be back! Thank you again to everyone at your hotel!"

"Hotel Environment: The decor is very tastefully designed, with wooden furniture complementing a Wabi-sabi aesthetic. The guesthouse's common areas are quite spacious. A corner of the garden even retains the traditional brick and tile structure found in old Naxi homes. It's incredibly pleasant to simply relax in the cafe garden when you don't feel like going out. Rooms: The rooms are very spacious and fully equipped. We booked a 70-square-meter king room. The bathroom is exceptionally large and even comes with a washing machine. The bedding is excellent, and the mattress is incredibly comfortable. Service: The staff are incredibly enthusiastic and genuine. In the evenings, the guesthouse even provides warm milk, which is a lovely, thoughtful touch. They provided shuttle service, driving us to and from Baisha Ancient Town every time we wanted to go. Special thanks to our kind and attentive butler, Xiao Yang – a huge thumbs-up! Dining: The hotpot served for dinner at the guesthouse was impeccably clean, with a light and non-greasy flavor that perfectly suited our and our friends' tastes."

"Our stay at this incredible hotel was nothing short of magical. Hands down, this was the best hospitality we have ever received. A true 10/10 experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled in nature, with snow-capped mountains visible right from our room. The serene surroundings, along with top-notch amenities, made our stay both luxurious and peaceful. But what truly made this stay unforgettable were Lily and Star, they were the heart and soul of our experience! Lily felt like a long-lost sister and friend. She was so genuinely warm, kind and attentive- so sweet. Both Liky & Star went above and beyond, helping us with anything we needed. Whether it was assisting us late at night with a projector we couldn’t figure out, or arranging pickup and drop-off to a nearby ancient town, nothing was ever too much for them. It’s not just the big things, they constantly surprised us with thoughtful little gestures that showed just how much they care. Their kindness and the beautiful souls of the entire team left a lasting impression on us. The property is a dream - horses, sheep and breathtaking views all around. It's a place that feels like a home away from home, only more peaceful, scenic, and soul-nourishing. This was a great experience!
