"The location is excellent, right in the heart of the scenic area. The hotel also provides station pick-up and drop-off, making for a seamless and very convenient experience. Although it was my first time booking a B&B, I was truly impressed. As mentioned in other reviews, the service was outstanding, and responses were prompt. All staff members were incredibly attentive and helpful. The restaurant food was also delicious; I particularly recommend the roasted local pork chop. My only minor suggestion would be for the breakfast to offer a bit more variety. They also provide a thoughtful and considerate laundry service. Our butler even gave us a tour of the B&B's other facilities and courtyard, which was a very pleasant surprise. Just one suggestion: it would be great if the children's policy could be more flexible or accommodating. While our specific issues were resolved smoothly, an initially unaccommodating policy might deter many potential guests."

"It can be seen that the hotel is very attentive to reflect its own philosophy, and the environment is also good. The bed quilt is too thin. It was very cold these days and I had a fever. I was woken up by the cold. There was some black fluff on the bed sheet. The shuttle bus seat was a bit dirty. The housekeeping depar**ent, which was originally very good, reminded me to press the button at the back to flush when I just asked how to turn on the toilet light in the public area (the room was very dark). This was a bit annoying. First, thank you for your quality. Second, this is the same as the one in the room."

"This vacation was really amazing by this hotel! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I felt like I was in a paradise, which made me relax instantly. It was raining all day and I was worried that there was nowhere to go. As a result, I was amazed by the hazy beauty of the hotel, surrounded by lush green plants, and the misty feeling. The photos were beyond the original pictures! The room facilities are also great, the bedding is comfortable, the smart equipment is complete, and even the small refrigerator is full of free drinks. The service is even better. The staff is warm and considerate, with their own sense of simplicity. The experience activities they helped to arrange are super interesting, including super sleep-aiding singing bowl therapy, moxibustion experience, and tea tasting and incense, etc. I have to say that their tea is super delicious. They are all organic teas grown by themselves, and the mountain spring water is directly used to brew. I don’t like tea and I can feel the taste of tea. There are rich breakfast options and the local specialties are also very authentic. I will choose this place for my next vacation!"
