Outdoor area of property has a beautiful art installation. The room was a good size, and the outdoor kitchen and dining area was intriguing. The main pool was under renovation, but the small personal pool which is allocated to each villa was adequate. A beach is under five minutes walk away. Parking is available for free. Please noes that the walls between rooms are not soundproof, so you will hear what fellow guesrs are doing in their rooms. They also is an overflowing sewer at the entry to the property which caused an awful smell when sitting in the room's outdoor space.

Moment agréable Belle chambre,belle salle de bain ,extérieur très agréable et sympa. Très très bon hamburger et les cocktails délicieux. Petit moins : *le room service était impeccable,mais il serait encore mieux si il y avait quelqu'un ou une solution prévu pr débarrasser les plateaux après usage. Plus de serviette,et de service de chambre. *

Nous avions louer deux suites cote à cote entre amies et quel joie de découvrir que nos jardins pouvaient communiquer comme ça nous étions ensemble mais chacun son intimité . Merci à toutes l'équipe du restaurant pour ces fabuleux cocktail mention spécial à Wassim le beau goss .... Le directeur de l'hôtel Kevin à su nous accueillir avec beaucoup de professionnalisme Pour un séjour entre amis tout est au rendez-vous , le restaurant avec de belle planche à partager et des cocktail absolument divin,la grande piscine et nos lagons privatif . On c'est vraiment éclatées . Merci a toutes l'équipe et j'espère à très vite Car l hiver va être très trop long sinon........

Tout à été parfait , les chambres sont spacieuse , bien décorer et intimiste , les enfants on adorée le lagon privatif et la mega grande piscine ( comme ils le disent ) . Le room service nous permettais après de grosse journée de randonnée de ne plus bouger le soir et de bien manger (mention spécial pour la planche créole) . merci à toutes l'équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur conseil judicieux . Le petit déjeuner étais génial,Enfin tout étais parfait pour nous . Mille merci A bientôt La famille Bruno

Absolument romantique. Petit week-end surprise pour Madame et tout étais top de la décoration romantique à la bouteille de chambre livrée dans le lagon privatif. J'ai fais un sans faute grâce a vous . Merci l'équipe pour votre accueil et votre aide dans l'organisation de cette surprise

L'appartement est équipé d'un coin cuisine et d un lagon. Prenez l'option petit déjeuner. Il est super bon. Raphaël vous fera des omelettes et vous proposera d'autres gourmandises. Vous aurez accès à la piscine de 27 mètres et une petite piscine à débordement. Vous pourrez vous prelacer sur les lits à disposition autour de la piscine. Pour vos courses vous pourrez aller à Leclerc. C'est un lieu idéal pour vos excursions. Vous êtes à 35 km de l'aéroport. On a loué avec EUROPCAR et on a eu aucun soucis. Prévoir une empreinte bancaire de 800 euros.

Nous avions réservé notre séjour au Kawan Bay Suites de Deshaies via Booking depuis novembre 2023 pour le mois d'août 2024. À notre arrivée, après un long voyage de plus de 9 heures d'avion et le décalage horaire, nous avons été très mal reçus. La personne à la réception n'avait pas notre réservation. Après un certain temps, ils ont finalement retrouvé notre réservation, mais il n'y avait pas de chambre disponible pour nous. Booking avait pourtant bien confirmé notre réservation. L'hôtel nous a proposé une alternative inacceptable : une chambre vétuste avec une climatisation en panne, ce que nous avons refusé. Nous avons donc dû quitter l'hôtel et trouver un autre logement avec nos deux enfants en bas âge, et ce, en plein mois d'août. Sur place, le personnel a été très désagréable et aucune explication ne nous a été fournie. Il est évident que cet hôtel est plus intéressé à vendre des pass journée aux visiteurs externes qu'à s'occuper de ses clients en séjour. Nous déconseillons fortement le Kawan Bay Suites de Deshaies à toute personne cherchant un séjour agréable et sans stress. Notre expérience a été extrêmement décevante et frustrante.
