For the first time in my life, it took me an hour to find someone to help me check in, and it took me another half an hour to find the room I booked. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I live the property, everything was great.. I just wish they had a darker curtains/ shades that definitely needs to be updated, most of the rooms have a pool view and there’s no much of a privacy, and the sun in the morning breaks in the morning

Relax and Unwind
This is not your average hotel. It’s a place to disconnect and unwind. If you don’t like a quiet environment and a tranquil atmosphere, this place might not be for you. We came to get away and had an amazing experience. The massage was exactly what we needed along with the mineral pools and sauna. The grounds were very well kept and the room right outside the pool was great! 24 hour access to the pools let us have a late night dinner and then came back to relax. We had a small poor experience from other guests that wasn’t the locations fault but they definitely made it right for us and went above and beyond to make our stay better. Will definitely come again.

Love it here!
Staff is amazing, kind and always helpful! Every year we go, we stay longer and longer because it is so relaxing and they don't allow us to lift a finger. Monica and Mel in the office are phenomenal! Vero with housekeeping always keeps us stocked with anything we need. Thank you to all staff.

We stayed in one of the villas! Great place to stay for multiple guests. Full kitchen access.
The alarm did go off while we were gone. When we tried calling emergency numbers, no one answered!
I just didn’t like the walk/drive to pool, it was not convenient for us since we did stay late in pool. Also, some guest were too picky and complained about us for everything!! They kept starring, waiting for us to talk so they can complain. We Didn’t appreciate that! We’ve been going there on and off for the last 4 years!

Great little mid century stop over
Nice way to break up a 12 hour road trip. Able to soak in hot springs and start the morning off with a fine massage
