The electricity went out when using no more than 2 of the slightly heavier electric appliances (e.g. oven and kettle). Additionally, the cleanliness was not up to comfort level, with dead insects and other critters stuck behind a glass pane in the kitchen cooking area. The first hours were spent with non functional heating; the following day was spent with unchangeable, boiling temperature; the last days with non functional heating once more. The hot tub was at the very most lukewarm. The last day/s an incredibly loud alarm was ringing for at least 10 hours straight, including during the night and nothing was done at first and we were not informed of anything. No apologies were given for any of the experience.

The accommodation had nothing to do with the pictures that the provider has on the website, there was dirt everywhere and it was totally outdated. What's worse is that the host kept the deposit, saying that he would only transfer the deposit back if we gave a good review. We canceled another room, due to Corona, and he also kept the entire amount for the room. It's best to stay away from the accommodation, for us the stay was a disaster.

The location is very good. You can walk into town. Faster check-in. Thomas, the boss, is courteous and available at any time. There is a washing machine in the apartment and parking spaces for the car are in the underground garage. Beautiful garden. We had our dog with us, which was also uncomplicated.
