Just a basic hotel that you choose when there is nowhere else to live because of high season. Nothing remarkable. The only thing good was the cleaning of the room and the location close to the ocean and the center. We payed 205 € per night which is waaay too high for what you get. They also charge 2€ per person every 3 nights when they change towels. The ac is loud, the fridge makes noises, you can hear everyone talking and walking in the corridor. WiFi connection also terrible. Breakfast is additional, 10€ per person which we didn’t choose because you can eat breakfast near the ocean for 11 € total. Friendly staff.

We wanted to sleep in Desenzano, among the few open hotels. Minimal room with acceptable but not impeccable level of cleanliness, quiet area very close to the lake shores with outdoor parking included. Hot water took too long to arrive, courtesy set not received. Breakfast not included.

Excellent little hotel, family-run and very well run. Very friendly and attentive staff. Spacious, pleasant rooms with bathroom. Very well located near the city center and the port, easy to access with private parking. Recommended.

Gentilezza, pulizia, camere grandi e letti confortevoli cosa dire di più? Camere vista lago. Parcheggio privato cosa difficile da trovare a Desenzano. 200 mt dal lungolago.molti ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Scortesia e maleducazione. Ci ha accolti un signore che non si è mai tolto il cappellino dagli occhi, mai buongiorno, camera polverosa, la mattina non rifanno la stanza e niente carta igienica. Asciugamani che vengono cambiati ogni 3 gg (cosi c e scritto in bagno) altrimenti supplemento di 2 euro cad.uno al giorno. Alle lamemtele s'è presentato prepotente alla porta di camera. Vista lago...col "binocolo". Prepotente ed arrogante! Una vergogna!!!!

Prima volta in questo Hotel........vedendo dall'esterno non daresti troppa fiducia, invece una volta entrati ti trovi in um mondo diverso......... Completamente ristrutturato, tranquillo, pulito........cosa chiedere di più!!!!!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente.
